Supply, install, test and commissioning of microprocessor based intelligent addressable fire alarm control panel of 1 Loop, connects 240 addressable devices (including detectors, manual call points, sounders and modules), network communication card, 1/4 VGA graphic/LCD display with keypad and minimum 10000 events log in the volatile memory (EPROM). The panel shall have power supply unit (230V AC ±5%, 50 Hz) with automatic charger and 24V sealed maintenance free batteries for 24 hours back-up in normal condition and 30 minutes back-up in alarm condition. The panel shall have facility to connect printer to printout event logs, and shall be complete with all accessories. The panel shall be approved to EN 54-2, EN 54-4, VdS/LPCB all as specified. Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm ,2 core, 1100 Volts grade

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying/repair of cable.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and lay brunt bricks class 'B' of standard size in trenches for protection of UG cable.

Supply and lay GI tubing light grade, 25mm dia in trenches for road crossing/laid in floors etc

Labour for riddled earth done through by riddle of excavated soil and spread the same as 23 cm layer on below and upper part of the cable as cable cushioning to UG cable all as per clause 19.75 of SSR part -I

M&L in replacement for earthing with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x600mmx 6mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire of 4 mm dia connected to earth plate electrode by means of bolts,nuts,check nuts and washers,earth wire protected with and including 15 mm bore medium grade GI pipe all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule part-1, with and including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 pit with cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4 kg per sqmtr with handle and angle iron frame, watering arrangement with 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe, GI funnel with wiremesh, filling with mixture of common salt and charcoal, necessary excavation, refilling, removing away soil and earth work in any type of soil, testing and commissioning complete.
