Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings, and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 meter including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness if required and as per relevant clauses of section-200 In area of light jungle.

Brick bats

Supplying and filling in plinth under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete. Moorum/Hard copra.

Supplying and laying of 200 mm medium fine top-dressing sand;screeened with all grit removed(root zone mix as per the specifications).

Supplying and filing in plinth with soil (other than BC soil ) having MDD not less than 1.85 t/m3 under floors including watering, ramming, and compacting (minimum compaction 95% of MDD) in layers not exceeding 15cm depth and dressing complete.

Supplying, stacking, and Spreading 6 mm thick red bajri, watering and rolling complete including preparation of the surface and rolling.

Edging with 2nd class bricks laid dry length wise including excavation, refilling, consolidating with hand packing and spreading surplus earth within a lead of 50 m.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand).
