Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

1)The bidder shall be registered KPWD/ CPWD Contractors.

2)The bidder shall have GST registration certificate issued by the competent authority.

3)Tender capacity As per Clause 3.1 of the Bid document KW-1

4)The bidder shall submit the certificate of Income Tax returns (ITR-3 / ITR-4 / ITR-4S / ITR-6) during the assessment year from 2020-21 to 2024-25.

5)Turnover statement for last five financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25 duly certified by the charted accountant along with UDIN No and achieved in at least Two Financial Years an average annual financial turnover not less than the Estimated cost for each work.

6)For Reserved category works, valid caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority shall be uploaded.

7)For Reserved category works valid Domicile certificate issued by the Competent Authority for residing in the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years shall be uploaded.

8)Contractor should be EPF & ESI holder and should furnish EPF & ESI registration certificate.

9)Bidder should upload self-declaration for his firm being responsible for any fake and false declarations. (Undertaking format shall be uploaded along with tender documents). duly mentioning the date after the publish of this notification with original signature (xerox copy of the signature will not be considered)

10)Bidder should upload self declaration that his firm is not in BLACK list of any Govt. organization/ Govt. undertaking sectors/PSU. (Undertaking format shall be uploaded along with tender documents duly mentioning the date after the publish of this notification with original signature (xerox copy of the signature will not be considered)

11)The bidder should upload detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years in any organization. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any part or JV (Joint Venture) may result in rejection of bid by duly mentioning the date after the publish of this notification with original signature (xerox copy of the signature will not be considered)
