Greasing, oiling of all components of Lifting Mechanism of Gate (excluding rollers) after proper cleaning with replacing grease cup/grease nipple as required including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for completion of work at Maudaha Dam from Gate No. 1 to 11.

Applying cardium compound on steel wire ropes, rope drums and thimbles of Gates after proper cleaning including cost of all material, labour, T&P and scaffolding with safety arrangement required for proper completion of work at Maudaha Dam from Gate no. 1 to 11.

Replacement of old gear oil, damaged packing and seal cover of Redicon unit by new gear oil, packing and seal cover including cost of all material, other allied work, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work at Maudaha Dam from gate no. 1 & 11.

Greasing of rollers of gates after cleaning replacing grease nipples/ grease stud as per required including cost off all material, labour and T&P for proper completion of work at Maudaha Dam from Gate No. 1 to 11.

Rectifying defective alignment of gates by adjusting length of steel wire rope and other allied works as required including cost of all material, labour and T&P, Jigs & Fixtures, scaffolding etc. as required for proper completion of work at Maudaha Dam from Gate No. 1 to 11.

General Repairing and servicing of Central Hand Drive Unit System by dismantling and changing required damaged/broken spare parts & reassembling, fitting, greasing & testing including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work at Maudaha Dam from gate no. 1 to 11.

Repairing of engaging/disengaging system by dismantling of engaging/disengaging unit components from gate and providing and fitting new male & female coupling new clutch gutka, lever lock pin, spring, knob, clutch key, foundation bolt & nuts and adjusting clutch and lever as per requirement including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work at Maudaha Dam from Gate No 1 to 11.

Servicing of electromagnetic brake system including replacing worn-out parts as required after detaching from gate dismantling all parts rubbing of break lining and break drum assembling and refitting including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc at Maudaha Dam from Gate No. 1 to 11.

Repairing of M.S. chequered plates by welding after cleaning, scraping, cutting of old welded material from broken joints and providing plain surface for making decking platform including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work at Maudaha Dam.

Replacing of broken/missing/damaged bolts & nuts in hydro mechanical equipment and their components after proper checking of bolts, nuts including cost off all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work at Maudaha Dam Gate No. 1 to 11
