Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level , Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (Including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate (Including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Providing and fixing strips in joints of terrazzo/ cement concrete floors.Glass strips 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick (Including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): SAL WOOD

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws,Second class deodar wood. (30MM thick)

Providing and fixing of Ply wood I.S. 710

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Painting Sanillic enamels paint of approved give an even shade on New work (two or more coats)

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Finishing of Wall with water Proofing Cement Paint an even shade on new work

Providing and making CIB of approved size by way of making another layer of 12 mm thick plaster with 1:4 cement mortar on front side outer plastered surface, painting and writings as per the direction of engineer in-charge including supply of materials, carriages all complete. L.M.R.
