Taking down chowkats or frames including shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) of area not exceeding. 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and dircted.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) of area exceeding 1.5sqm but not exceeding. 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and dircted.

Sheet glass 4mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with wooden beads or oil putty in square not exeeding. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified.

Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame for doors,windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperature 1.40mm & fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified.

Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators hutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No.) suitable handle (1No.) complete all as specified and the directed.

12 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination,fixed with screws to aluminium frame work with glazing clip and rubber gasket complete all as specified.

Butt Hinges, 125mm size ,medium weight, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanized mild steel hinge pin anodized , fixed type (B21) complete all as specified.

Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts, 100mm long of extruded Section complete all as specified.

Aluminium anodised handles 150mm size , cast type, complete all as specified.

300mm long Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staples (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections complete all as specified.

Floor door stopper 150mm overall length, aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and edges will be painted to match with printed sheet fixing in opending as per specification and drawing etc complete all as specified.

APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, 3mm thick reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 150 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree Celsius, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sq cm, tearing strength of 100Nm, by torch application including minimum 10cm side lap and 15 cm end laps over a coat of bitumen primer @0.20 Kg per Sqm and applying a coat of blown grade bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @1.20 Kg/Sqm and finishing with solar reflective aluminium paint applied @0.10 Kg per Sqm over bituminous coat complete over 10 MM thick cement plaster 1:3 with WPC, including cleaning the cement concrete roof surface free from dirt, dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry @3kg/Sqm” complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back, size 550 x 400mm with cantilever CI/Angle iron brackets embedded in concrete block including PTMT waste coupling 32mm bore complete all specified.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous China urinals, bowl type (back or corner wall type),complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe. (Exclusive of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe) complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair waste coupling 32 mm, brass chromium plated for glazed ware sinks, basins etc. with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specified.
