S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridges etc , fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.56mm thick Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length andgirth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of external walls of brick surface in two layers (10 mm and 5 mm thick)in cement mortar in 1:4 incl mixing of water proofing compound in 2nd layer only layer (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately). complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick wall the fair face of Brick work in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only WPC of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall ,chajja facia etc with putty 1mm thick and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. all as specified and directed.
