Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supply of red earth for filling where ever required including cost of labour, royalty, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenances required to complete the work

Providing and laying in M20 grade position Ready Mixed or Batch Mixed concrete as per IS 10262 mix design procedure for Cement Concrete works in all types of Structures other than Road works, using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) @ 75% & GGBS @ 25% proportion, admixtures to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications

Providing 12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or re plastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per the directions of engineer in charge

Providing Flush/ Ruled pointing: Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) after raking joints to depth nicely lining, including cost of materials, labour, curing as per the directions of engineer in charge

Providing and fixing 150mm nominal dia Sewer (SWR)/PVC pipes 6.00kgs/sqcm working pressure, including all fittings, This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Constructing masonry Chamber 30x30x50 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) with C. I. surface box 100x100 x75 mm (inside) with hinged cover fixed in cement concrete slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : With common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two coat applied @ 1.67L/10 m² over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 m²) with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 g/L of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture :Two coats of glue sizing with copal varnish over an under coat of flatting varnish to give an even shade and produce a smooth dry and mat surface including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matters etc

Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and enamel, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge. (Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade)

Dismantling BBM, removing debris and other works wherever required as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancillary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification
