S&F Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both iron iron pipe ISI Marked as per IS 778 of following sizes including taking out unserviceable gate valve complete all as specified and directed :- (Note:- Old U/s material obtained from demolition under JOB 'A' shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. Necessary RV of gun metal gate valve in weight (KG) shall be taken into account and attach with RAR/F Bill)

Necessary RV weight in (KG) shall be taken into account and attach with RAR/F Bill) (b) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items.

M&L DI fitting / specials such as tees, bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, reducer, tee pieces, tail pieces, collar, cross, caps & plug of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Old U/s DI fitting obtained from demolition of JOB 'A' shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. Necessary RV weight in (KG) shall be taken into account and attach with RAR/F Bill).

Supply, Installtion, testing and commissioning of Standard Non-Insulated SMC Panel Tank Hot Pressed moulded UV Stablised for water storage of capacity 10KL (Ten thousand Litre) of size 2.5m (length) x 2.0m (width) x 2.0m (height) conforming to IS 14399 : 1996 the tank to be leak proof after installation and having following specification. (a) Corner frame - HDG steel vertical corner Angle (b) Sealing tape - 3mm thick high level of resistance. (c) Steel bolts for panel Joints - HDG Steel Nut Bolts-8.8 grade-M12 x 40mm (d) External ladder - Galvanised steel pipe as ladder of appropriate length as per tank height with fixing arrangement outside - 01 each. (e) Roof support pipe - FRP Internal Ceiling panel supports. (f) Outlet - GI flanage with 9 inch long nipple 40mm each (g) External reinforcemet - ISI marked C channel at every 1 meter except in corner of steel (h) Internal Roof supports: FRP hollow square section 5mm thick (j) Water level indicator - Aluminium Body water level indicator with clear tube type and brass nozzle (k) Proper arrangement for fixing 02 Nos of Submersible 2 HP Submersible Pump Set installed and tested inside tank with fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Quoted item deemed to be included all civil foundation related work. (ii) Submersible pump 2HP will be measured and paid seperately.)

Supply Installation, testing & commissiong of Monoblock openwell submersible pump set capacity 2 HP electric driven, three phase with outlet dia 40 mm inclusive of 40 meter long submersible cable and starter complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply & Laying of GI Pipe medium grade ISI mark including all fittings in old/new positions in trenches/wall/floor complete and making good the distributed surfaces as per existing as directed of following sizes :- (Note:- Excavation and Earth work will be measured and paid separately).

OTHER THAN COMMON ITEMS OF JOB 'C'

Supply and fixing in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, cylindrical vertical with closed top, 1000 litres capacity, tripple layered, hoisted and fixed in position after taking down as existing at site (of any capacity) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- (i) For Pump Priming purpose in pump house. (ii) Old U/s material PVC tank obtained from demolition shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. Necessary RV of PVC scrap in weight (KG) shall be taken into account and attach with RAR/F Bill. (iii) Tank shall be provided on PCC (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ramp of 150mm thick round shape over roof slab or in ground floor over sub base of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate and top surface of ramp finished even and smooth using extra cement complete the cost of ramp will be deemed included in quoted unit rate.)

Supply and fixing of High Pressure water jet cleaning pump system 15 LPM, 200 bar with suitable motor and mounting frame, 3 phase, 415 Voltage 50HZ with three phase startor, Nozel & heavy duty Hose pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, laying & testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 50 sqmm 4 core all as per IS complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of light grade Galvanised mild steel pipe 50 mm bore complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers as for cable proction complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.)

Supply & filling of local sand dry free from vegetation & dust filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Punned down thickness of sand shall only be taken for measurement & payment.)

Supply & laying of sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable width equal to length complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using (40mm graded crushed stone aggregade) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
