Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed / matt finish Chequred cement concrete coloured tiles of area exc 0.09 Sqm but not exc 0.36 Sqm and 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry (with gray cement and pigment) after and including 20 mm thick in cement plaster in CM (1:6) for fixing tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for any coloured vitrified heavy duty outdoor anti skid tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile exc 0.09 Sqm and not exc 0.36 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles and including 20 mm thick in cement plaster in CM (1:4) for fixing tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for any coloured digital ultra strong / heavy duty outdoor anti skid vitrified tiles 15 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) polished area of each tile exc 0.09 Sqm and not exc 0.36 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles and including 20 mm thick in cement plaster in CM (1:4) for fixing tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Pattern of interlocking tile to be rubber moulded or equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed inclusive of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) packing and finished even and fair to the sides of pavement.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preperation of old / new concrete kerb stone surfaces and applying two coats of retro-reflective enamel paint of any colours and patteren, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean raddius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-11 mentioned here in above but except bricks. (Serviceable bricks obtained from Item No- 10 above to be reused.)

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls , including racking out Joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick ready mix plaster inner/outer surfaces of walls with Ultratech Readiplaster by adding 17-18% of potable water by weight of material. for thickness above 15 mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. Ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972 IS 2250-1965 IS 24002-1963 and confirms the compressive strength @28 Days 10-12 Mpa/Bulk density 1500-1600 Kg /M3 Make Equivalent of Fosroc/Sika/Jk etc, complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut in, wall lining, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing and including rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, railings, framed truss or any other misc work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rolled mild steel framed, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet/ semi corrugated 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling (AC corrugated, semi corrugated/ PPGI sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and application of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint at any height including use of scaffolding where required for external painting of steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for incl removing debris from MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Nominal mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast cover slab fixed in position, tie between two brick walls and all other similar works set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel bars TMT 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of heavy duty cast iron manhole cover including frame of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for SS 304 grade stainless less tubing (Square/Round/Rectangular) of suitable gauge as in SS guard bars, railings, SS frame works including all fixing arrangments, including taking down of old SS guard railing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 40 mm thick, fixed over boundry walls using two Nos vertical members of size 100 x 90 x 800 mm height and one Nos member surmounted over vertical members of jalli (like ropes of the same materials) including all moulding and including demolition of old Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately), complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in repair 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, sealed with adhesive suitable for PVC pipes and fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : upto any height and including necessary scafolding).

S&F in repair 110 mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, sealed with adhesive suitable for PVC pipes and fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : upto any height and including necessary scafolding).

S & F in repairs of RCC M-30 Grade approved Design Precast concrete Panels incl Post of size 150mm x 150mm x 2100 mm height, having two grooves of size 55 x 28 mm so as to receive 7 Nos of panels having size of 1500 mm x 300 mm x 50 mm thickness (2 Panel at Top & bottom + 4 Design Panel bottom to top +1 Jafari type panel at top as approved by Engr-in Charge/GE). The post shall be reinforced with 4 Nos of 8 mm dia bars with 4 mm dia stirrups @ 150 mm C/C, panels shall be reinforced with 4 Nos of longitudinal bars of 6mm dia plain steel & 6mm plain MS Stirrups @ 150 C/C all welded. The post shall be fixed to the ground by digging a hole of 300mm x 300mm x 600 mm and filled with PCC 1:3:6 after the post should be aligned in these holes, including removal of excavated earthwork outside MoD land. The post will be erected @1.615m C/C. Height of the pillar shall be 2700mm (600mm below the ground and 2100 mm above the GL) with any approved design by Engr-In-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls/ceilings by and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) incl scaffolding where required at any height for external painting, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing the old painted plastered surface of external walls /ceiling/ chajjas/ /roofing concrete structure or any other similar structure Exterior walls are scrubbbed and scrapped thoroughly to remove smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorsant salts, and mildew using steel wire brush. Mild solution (like bleaching powder in water) can also be used to get rid of mildew and algae from the walls. Walls need to dry completely. High pressure water jet can also be used to wash away dirt and any old paint flakes.Cracks need to be attended on priority.Cut in along the length of the crack using a knife. Crack Filling compounds are used to fill in the cracks. Surface is then sanded using sandpaper to even out the surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F In repair of 4mm thick panel of any type, pattern and shape Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP), aluminium thickness of 0.5mm, Front side finish of aluminum roll coated with Plain / coloured / wooden texture PE / PVDF, Core material of Non-toxic polyethylene, Macromolecular lamination film, Rear side of Aluminum coated with primer and including frame work using of Fasteners, including concealed screws, nuts, bolts and other items required for connecting aluminium to aluminium / steel / wooden / ply board, Blind rivets all fixing anchors, brackets and similar attachments used in the erections, shall be of aluminium, non-magnetic stainless steel, zinc coated steel, for fixing in both internal / external wall cladding complete weather proofing sealant of a polyurethane elastic joint / structural silicone sealant / pre-formed gaskets to the Horizontal & Vertical Joints in the Aluminium cladding / facade as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of all necessary fixing acceserries mentioned in the description of work and scaffolding works at any height for installation. 2. For payment purpose panels areas will be measured on one side only.

Supply and fixing in repairs steel rolling shutters, 1.25mm laths thickness, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, push-pull or manual type, complete all as specified and directed.
