BRICKWORK BREAKING: Demolishing existing damaged/cracked brickmasonry with cement mortar and plaster at all floors and levels including scaffolding stacking of serviceable materials without damaging the adjacent masonry/RCC structure sanitary fittings & fixtures and disposal of unserviceable material carting away the debris out of hospital premises complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

CEMENT PLASTERING: Cement Plastering for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 including hacking the concrete surfaces,, racking out brick work joints at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

WATERPROOFING CABLE TRENCH: Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. Note: The work shall be executed through Authorized Company Certified Applicator.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles & in skirting in 600 x 600 sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on minimm 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand),jointing with matching cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as directed and instructed.Sample shall be got approved before procrument.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Sample shall be got approved before procrument.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of M-25 grade including the cost of centering and shuttering if reuqired in filling up the foundation etc including curing complete as directed and instructed.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm or more, with preparing ans applying as per manufacturer specification, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing & Applying Luster paint two or more coats of primer & thereafter two coats of paint to the required colour scheme and as per manufacturers instructions / specifications to the walls, beams, columns, ceilings, partitions doors etc. including thoroughly scrapping the existing surface with sand papers, removing old paint, filling up crevices and levelling with waterproof putty / plaster of paris of necessary to obtain smooth surface etc. complete job including removal of stains, painting spots on floors,aluminium window frame & glass etc as to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Two or more coat and including priming coat of exterior primer applied complete as directed and instructed

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work with a cost of primer on wood & metal surfaces.

Providing & fixing Aluminum powder coated metal tiled false ceiling with proper alignment including fixing of new grid supports at necessary locations as per manufacturers specification complete as directed and instructed. Sample shall be got approved before procrument.

CARPENTRY WORK

Providing and fixing low ht. / Full ht. / over headstorage. They shall consist of 18mm thick Marine Ply top, 18mm thick commercial Ply sides & base, 6mm thick commercial ply back, 12mm thick Commercial Ply intermediate shelf. The shutters should be partly glazed, made out of 12mm thick commercial ply. The drawers shall be consist of 12mm thick commercial ply. All inner surfaces including shutters, shelf top & bottom shall be finished with 1mm thick white laminate. All outer surfaces shall be finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved shade. inclusive of handles, lock, tower bolt and magnet locks etc. complete.
