Providing,Fitting& testing of seamless copper tubing, solid drawn of thickness 0.9mm for oxygen/suction line.The copper tubing shall be seamless hard tempered suitable for medical grade. The job includes cutting of copper tubing, silver brazing, polishing etc. Providing and fitting of copper fittings like nipples, sockets, elbows, reducers, tees etc.The copper tubing shall be fitted on the wall with the help of saddles, clamps etc and shall have to be tested at a pressure 3 times than the working pressure of oxygen.The tubing shall be applied with 2 coats of paint as per standard colour code.
Providing and fitting of brass metal ball type isolation valve.The job includes fitting of the valve on the pipeline by means of brazing with silver electrode alongwith necessary fittings required to complete the job.
