Greasing, oiling of all components of lifting mechanism of gate (excluding rollers) after proper cleaning with replacing grease cup/grease nipple as required including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work from gate no. 1 to 8

Applying cardium compound on steel wire rope, rope drum of gate after proper cleaning including cost of all material, labour, T&P and scaffolding with safety arrangement required for proper completion of work from gate no. 1 to 8.

Replacing broken/ missing/damaged bolt, nut of hydro mechanical equipment after proper checking of bolt, nut including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work from gate no. 1 to 8.

Replacing of old electromagnetic brake system with new by detaching from electric motor and coupling, dismantling, opening and replacing wornout brake shoe lining, torque spring, lever pin, allen screw etc. after making hole in brake lining, burnt brake coil, riveting as required including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc.

Repairing of auto reverse electric panel 5 to 7.5 HP, 3 phases 415V after dismantling, cleaning, checking, replacing damaged/ burnt spare parts by new one, reassembling, fitting and testing including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

General repairing and servicing of central hand drive unit system by detaching, dismantling & changing required damaged/broken, spare parts and reassembling, refitting, greasing and testing including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Overhauling of reduction gear unit by dismantling, opening and replacing damaged packing seal, bearing ‘0’ ring, nut-bolt and other material required by new one reassembling, fitting, refilling gear oil in Radicon Unit including cost of all material, labour, T&P and testing required for proper completion of work.

Rectifying defective alignment of gate by adjusting length of steel wire rope and other allied work as required including cost of all material, labour, T&P, jigs and fixtures, scaffolding etc as required for proper completion of work.
