Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres:- (cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil including spade work, pick work, jumper work and disposal of excavated earth up to all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kind of earth work including spade work, pick work, jumper work and biasting work chiseling out of rock etc. lift up to all heights stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavtion and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layer , when required in to plinths sides of foundation etc. Consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all excavted earth as directed by the Engineer-In-chargewith in leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30*30*5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering and propping etc.with wooden battens height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all heights and removal of the same for insitu -reinforced concreate & plain concreate work in:-. Foundation , footing basis of coulmn etc. and mass concrete.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs ,landings and the like Floor etc. up to 200 mm in thickness

Coulmn , pillars , post and struts:- Circular or curved in plan

Beams , cantilever , grinders and lintels:- Sides and soffits of beams beam haunching cantilevers , brssumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth in all heights from floor

Vertical surfaces such as walls partition and the like including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth with in all leads , lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 sand :2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement in reinforced concrete work in : Walls (any thickness but not exceeding 0.1 metre thickness) including attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string. Concrete etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Lintels beams, girders, brassumers and cantilevers upto floor two level etc.

Columns pillars, posts and struts upto floor two level.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level : Tor Steel :

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in:- Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) Second Class Bricks

Extra for brick work in Superstructure above plinth level upto floor two level

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 laid in one layer finished with a floting coat of neat cement including carriage of materials withinn all leads and lifts.40 mm thick

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement morter 1:3 in all floor level. The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

15mm thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete /stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grith and finished even and smooth with cement morter 1:6 within all leads , lifts of materials and other incidents.

15mm thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete /stone walls for exterior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grith and finished even and smooth with cement morter 1:6 within all leads , lifts of materials and other incidents.

White washing with lime on ceiling and /or sloping roofs and undecorated wall surface in all floors two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt , dust morter dust and other foreign matter including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required bshade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer

Applying white cement based wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from morter drops , dust , loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.
