All this complaints shall be rectified /completed by the contractor within a day i.e 24 hours. (ii) Contractor has to obtain completion certificate from the User and handing over the same to the Engr-in-Charge .These completion certificate (duly signed by User/Engr-in- Charge and contractor) shall be kept in the record. (iii) In Case of complaints is not rectified within 24 hours, Recovery shall be affected from the RAR/FB Payment at the rate of Rs 500/- for each incidence. (iv) A Complaint register to this effect (receipt date/ and time of complaints and date and time of disposal ) shall be maintained by JE and signed by Contractor.
