Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles in complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition & breaking up 150mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware /AC or reinforeced pipes) set in cement mortar including haunching and bedding complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition & breaking up 200mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware /AC or reinforeced pipes) set in cement mortar including haunching and bedding complete all as specified and directed. .

Excavation in trenches not Exceeding. 1.50 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc or for shafts,wells,cesspits,manholes,pier holes,etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding. 1.50 mtr wide, execeeding 1.50m and n exc 3.00 m in depth, for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes,etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling in mass concrete.

M&L for under ground double wall corrugated pipes of 200 mm bore made with HDPE material manufactured as per IS 16098 (Part-2),stiffness classes of SN-4 KN/m2 for conveying and facilating smooth flow of sewage & rodent proof (UD pipe S 20 / SN4/SDR 41), in any length with rubber ring and solvent joints, including couplers and all necessary fixing arrangemnt laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed. Make PRINCE/AQUAPLAST/ ASTRAL/ SUPREME (Note :- These pipe shall be having smooth internal surfaces and corrugated external surfaces)

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes 200mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, of (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm aggregate exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6), solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with or without interlocking joints as directed ) set in cement mortar 1:6 complete,in walls all as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally or hoping for columns, Hooking ends & binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. .

M & L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, mud stops, benching, water tank platform etc.on roof, chajja weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick or cement concrete surfaces & finised even & smoth without using extra cement using liquid water proofing compound (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for forming fair finish to channel in main holes using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast RCC cover slab using PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:6 with top surface finished even and fair complete all as specified.

Returning , filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing material or debris retrives from above demolition or cleaning to a distance exceed 1.5 Km and not exceeding 5.0 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 1.5km and not exceeding 5.00 Km and deposting at level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing mainholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete PCC (1:2:4) type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified and directed.
