Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on Stone masonary or surfaces other than fair face of brick work with water proofing compound finished fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed. (WPC shal be paid seprately as supply only)

M&L for flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of cement based paint on undecorated wall surfaces including priming plastered surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT mild steel bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles in all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in cment mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as direced.

Taking down old PVC rain water pipe of any dia fixed in walls including all bends,couplers, junction etc and removal from site all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls (For multi storey building-5 storey) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) bends of 110 mm bore of any radius radius with acces door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) 110 m bore branch pipe double (Double Y ) equal or unequal with acces door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) junction single (Single T) of 110 mm bore of any radius equal or un equal with acces door complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water storage tank capacity exceeding 250 litre but not exceeding 500 litre setting aside or lowering if required including cleaning ,removing all scale and dirt etc from tank and hoisting and reconnecting and again refixing in position complete all as specified and as direced.

Dismantling water tanks capacity exceeding 250 ltr but not exceeding 500 litre and removing to store.

S&F water tanks 500ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ISI MARKED (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted abd fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Building materials etc to a distance exc. 1.5 KM and n.exc. 5.0 km outside MoD/Unit land including loading unloading and stacking at the destination etc. Complete all as direction of Engr-in-Charge.
