Supply and Constr of qty 4 x Force Preservation Bkr (HSPR)

SCHEDULE OF WORKS

Precast RCC HSPR boxes for force preservation (HSPR) RCP. HSPR Box are to be factory made (Wet Cast technology) RCC Box Segments of size 2m x 1m x 3m (Internal dimensions). Precast box segments shall consist of high strength reinforced cement concrete duly steam cured in a controlled environment and manufactured by using high performance self-compacting concrete of M- 40 grade Cement shall be of Gr. 53 as per IS: 12269 and TMT steel reinforcement bar of Grade Fe-500D/ 550D as per IS: 1786. Detailed specifications given as per Appx 'A' and as per drawing att. Overall internal size of the structure shall be 10m x 2m, ht 3m FL to bottom of roof slab. (i) Type-A: HSPR Box will be of standard size 2m x 1m x 3m (Internal Dimensions) Qty - 08 Nos HSPR Boxes for each Force Preservation Bunker

(ii) Store list of Electric items is as per Annx -I

Supply and Construction of 02 Nos MS Iron Gate. each measuring 2.0m x 3.0m, and double leaf, fabricated from ISA 50x50x6mm angle frame and bracing, clad with 1mm thick MS sheet, complete with locking arrangement, hinges, 02 Nos. hydraulic door closer for each gate, Ventilators, provision for fixing frame-proof heavy duty exhaust fan, primer and enamel paint, hardware, fittings and all accessories complete as approved drawing and specification Detailed specifications given as per Appx 'B' and as per drawing attached.

Supply and Construction 02 Nos. RCC roof slabs, each measuring 2800mm x 2400mm x 200mm thick in M20 grade reinforced cement concrete with Fe500 TMT reinforcement. Detailed specifications given as per Appx 'C' and store list as per Annx -II and drawing attached for referance.

Supply and Construction 02 x PCC Hard Standing with Drainage system. PCC hard standing, one at each entrance of the HSPR shelter, each measuring 2400mm x 2000mm complete with 150mm thick hardcore layer of 63mm graded aggregate,100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) base course, 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) wearing/ coping layer together with 02 Nos drainage sump of size 600mm x 600mm x 1500mm deep, each complete with MS grating and 01 No. 1 HP Submersible pump for drainage system setup indicated in the Drawing. Detailed specification are given at Appx D and store list as per Annx -III and drawing attached.

Supply and Construction 02 Nos of RCC Retaining wall each measuring 15000mm x 3000mm high and of length as indicated in the drawing. M20 grade concrete with Fe500 TMT reinforcement, including RCC footing, PCC 1:4:8 bed, 63 mm aggregate hardcore, weep hole as per drawing. Detailed specification as per Appx E and store list as per Annx IV.

Supply and Construction 02 Nos RCC staircase each width 1200mm for safe access to the underground HSPR Force Preservation Bunker. Detailed specification as per Appx F and store list as per Annx V

Supply and Construction 02 Nos of Entrance Rain Protection Shed of size 5200mm x 3000mm comprising SHS steel framework, PPGI roofing sheets. ridge cover, rainwater gutters, PVC downpipes, PCC foundation, welding, one coat primer, two coats synthetic enamel paint and all associated accessories complete as per drawing and specifications. Detailed specification as per Appx G and store list as per Annx VI and drawing attached. Make :Cummins/Ashok Leyland/Greaves/Kirloskar/Caterpillar/Mahindra/Escorts/Eicher.

Supply of 5 KVA Silent Diesel driven generating set, air-cooled,Single Phase,AC, complete with acoustic enclosure, AMF Panel, battery, fuel tank, exhaust system and all standard accessories. DG set conform to IS- 10001, BS-5514-1, DIN- 6271, ISO-3046/1 standards as appropriate duly coupled with alternator rated at 0.8 PF (lag), 230Volt, 50 Hz, class H insulation, IP-23 enclossure,self-excited and self-regulated with voltage regulation within ±1% of rated voltage from no load to full load with inegrated. The silent canopy shall be nut bolted type construction. Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of fire retardant foam/rock wool as acoustic material.Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy, one door shall have glass window for control panel. Tech specifications as per Appx 'H’ Store List shall be attached as per Annx VII and Annx VIII.The Diesel Generator Set shall be supplied with a 2 years/ 5000 hrs.
