Also to run an Erth wire of 2x 8swg GI wire all along the length of cable.(Before supplying the cable actual measurements at site should be taken in consultation with site Engineer.)(From LT Panel to 60KVA UPS & From UPS to UPS Distribution Panel.)

Making trench 90 cm deep & 45cm wide in ground including excavation for laying cables and refilling the same with sand, & RCC half round pipe above the cable remaining portion duly filled with excavated material after removing stone and other sharp material, etc including site cleaning as required by site Engineer. Rate is inclusive of laying 3.5x95/50/35sqmm cables in trench or through & the half round RCC pipe.(From UPS Room at C wing to UPS Room at A wing)

Termination of 3.5 core, 95 Sq.mm. Aluminium conductor armoured cable with suitable size of Aluminium crimping type lugs & flange/Siemens type brass cable gland Braco make.

Termination of 3.5 core,35 Sq.mm.Aluminium conductor armoured cable with suitable size of Aluminium crimping type lugs & flange/Siemens type brass cable gland Braco make.

Supplying & erecting C.I.Cable route marker with inscription engraved as “LT CABLE” on it.The flag should be of 100mm dia 5mm thick & MS angle of 30cm long for grouting.The marker should be grouted in cement concrete with necessary curing thereof.

Supply & Installation including excavation of 200mm dia heavy duty Hume pipe NP2 for road crossing.Including all collars, bends, jointing with cement morter 1:2, including trenching & refilling etc complete.s etc., complete.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick in 2 mtr deep & 1mtr wide pit with ¾” G.I.pipe for watering. Refilling the pit with 30 Kg charcoal & 30 Kg salt as per IS.Also constructing a cement concrete chamber with C.I.cover with locking arrangement & funnel for watering.G.I. strip of 30x 5mmx2nos. should be used as earth conductor

Supplying & fixing in metal enclosure DPMCB 32 Amp, Legrand Lexic/ Siemens/ Hager make on wall complete with connections & testing. (For AC)

Supplying & fixing in metal enclosure Four pole MCB 32 Amp, Legrand Lexic/ Siemens/ Hager make on wall complete with connections & testing.(For PAC)

Supplying & fixing , Testing & commissioning in metal enclosure L&T Make Switch Fuse Unit 125Amp with HRC Fuse Links.(For I/p & O/p of 60KVA UPS)

Supplying & fixing completely assembled Legrand make main PowerVTPN distribution board, 3 phase 8way with 4 pole Lexic make MCB 63A cat No608702--1No as incomer & TPMCB 25-32A- 3Nos. & 15Nos of 6-20A SPMCBs Lexic make as O\G. The distribution box should be fixed on wall with Anchor fastners. Enclosure should be double door type with IP 43 potection Legrand make,Cat No.507727 with cable end boxes. Rate is inclusive of Lexic make metal enclosure,MCBs & cable end boxes. (DB Server Room for server Power distribution )

Supplying Installation testing & Commissioning completely assembled Legrand make P17 Combined unts with Interlocked switched sockets and surface mounting box IP44 cat No.056609 250V, 32A, 2P+E.

Wiring for circuit wiring with 2x4sqmm PVC + 1x 2.5 sqmm insu.copper cond. FRLS wires Polycab/Finolex/RPG make, 1100V grade in HMS PVC conduit pipe of minimum 20mm dia or PVC casing capping Modi/Asian/Diamond make including accessories & connections at both ends. (circuit mains for power ckt in Server Room)

Supplying, fixing & connecting on wall switch board with 16/6AAmp, 2 in 1 modular socket ,3 module--2No, & S.P. modular switch 20A--2no. Legrand Myrius/MK Blenz make. Complete with modular front plate & Metal surface box of appropriate size for mounting of switch board. Switch board should be fixed on wall with the help of screws & rawal plugs.
