Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

Dismantling wall as ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/kitchen cup board, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and under in section, in any position framed / Unframed work complete all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store upto 15mm bore complete all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store upto 20 mm bore complete all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down waste and vent pipes of any type and any dia complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto as per item No 21.00 above but in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including 10mm thick backing coat on vertical surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for M & L PCC Type B1 1: 2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate )Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges as in coping ,kneelers , appex stone etc complete all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor and in foundation including necessary form work and finishing surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 76243.70 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
