Supply and delivery of Vertical type water/Oil lubricated statically, dynamically, hydraulically balanced turbine pump capable of discharging the 3000LPM capaccity 47m head (Suction Column Pipe Length- 7m) due to all causes with surface discharge head confirming to IS 1710 and as amended as on date with accessories as per IS 5120/1977 (Reaffirmed 2011 ) and as amended thereafter to suit the site condition. The speed, No. of stages, sizes of column pipes and line shaft indicated is based on site condition prevailing during investigation. The pump should be supplied with non reversible ratchet pin housing safety clutch, suction strainer etc. The Pump Bowl assembly shall be with bronze impeller running at 1450 rpm. The motor rating noted above is the minimum and shall be such that it should never be over loaded when the pump works at MWL condition and shall be 10% over and above the maximum HP absorbed by the pump. Supply and delivery of socket/ spigot pipes for Ductile Iron Pipes (Ductile Iron CLASS K7) of standard length conforming to IS 8329/2000 the cost of pipes should include loading, freight, transit insurance, incidental charges, packing taxes and transportation charges to stock yard in good condition etc., complete (the cost excluding unloading from lorries at stock yard and stocking which will be paid separately) and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.
