Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of centrifugal fully submersible, non clog sewage handling type pump with cutter fan arrangement at suction to agitate the liquid for raw sewage transfer from Sludge digester cum thickner tank to proposed over head tank or to sludge dry beds. The pump shall have bronze impeller, high grade stainless steel shaft, cast iron seal cover, pump casing cast iron/NICI, TEFC induction motor suitable for 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50HZ AC supply, suction & delivery pipes, lifting arrangment, power cables from starter panel to pump, reducer, tee, pipe nipple, couplings,gasket, DOL starter and other associted accessories etc. complete as required as per technical specifications and site requirements. The pump shall be compatable with the exisitng 200KLD STP installed at Madurai Airport. Solid handling shall be 20-50mm. Capacity 12 m³ / hr @ 14 m head.

Servicing & overhauling of PP plate CI base frame filter press including replacement of filter cloth, effluent water tray, sludge disposal tray and other associated accessories to make the filter press completely functional as per TNPCB requirements. Cloth Size:500 x 500 Tray size: 1400 x 600

Servicing and overhauling of Twin lobe positive displacement type, rotary air blowers with V-belt drive, belt guard, base plate, inlet filter-silencer, flexible connectors, control valves, pressure gauge and piping etc. including supply of necessary spares as per site requirement to make the blower function ascending to manufacture reccommendation.

Supply of 5 inch MS pipe (Class C) for interconnecting the pipe lines at existing 200KLD STP etc. as required.

Excavation up to 50 cm and laying of 5 inch MS pipe (Class C) along with supply of suitable accessories like bend, elbow, reducer, coupler etc. to interconnect the pipe lines at existing 200KLD STP etc. as per technical specifications and site requirement.

Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of hypochlorite solution dozer comprising of 100 Ltrs. Cap, working pressure 4bar, HDPE (chemical grade) tank with inlet/outlet connection and along with 01 no. metering pump of adjustable capacity for dosing of chlorine solution (each 0-5 LPH) etc. as per technical specifications and site requirement.

Repairing & overhauling of vertical self supporting multigrade sand filter fabricated from MS sheet as per IS: 2825 Pressure gauges at inlet and outlet, sample cock, MS class 'C' face piping, Cl butterfly valves and all accessories, including supply & charging of filter media for multigrade sand filter painting outside with two coats of epoxy primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete as required as per technical specifications and site requirement. The pump is made of heavy duty graded cast iron casing, cast iron impeller, carbon steel shaft, gland packed seal etc and is connected to TEFC induction motor, 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50HZ AC supply, the job includes replacing of existing cast iron impeller, shaft, bearing, coupling, mounting base frame and other associted accessories etc. complete as required as per technical specifications and site requirements.
