Connecting rod bends and twists checking bush fitment and reassembling.

Removing the turbo chargers 2 Nos. from engine, removing of air cooler 2 Nos. removing fuel pump, booster pump, speed governor shut down valve and all temperature and pressure gauge and sensor from engine (2 Nos= 1 set)

Removing 4 Nos. of valve door from engine, 4 Nos. rocker housing and releasing all bush rod and 12 Nos injector by means of injector puller and cleaning of all above items. (4 Nos. = 1 Set)

Removing 4 Nos. of cylinder head from engine by releasing of all head bolts, cleaning of cylinder head carrying out pressure test for 4 Nos. cylinder head (4 Nos. = 1 set)

Removing 12 Nos. of Piston and 12 Nos. liners from engine by using liner puller and removing carbon form engine block etc. (12 Nos. = 1 set)

Charges for replacing 12 sets of new or SH liner, piston rings by using compressor or SH assembling of engine (12 sets of new liner, piston rings supplied by MTPS at free of cost) charges for fixing 12 sets new or SH liners piston and piston rings by using ring compressor on the engine block. (12 sets = 1 No.)

Charges for fixing cylinder head 4 Nos on the cylinder block and fixing all cylinder head bolts by using torque wrench with special tools & Plants (4 Nos. = 1 set)

Charges for fixing of rocker housing 5 Nos with gasket and fixing all push rods and new injector and valve setting (4 Nos. = 1 set)

Charges for fixing valve door, after cooler, turbo charger oil pan, fuel pump, speed governor all diesel supply line return line temp and pressure connections, temp and pressure switches exhaust manifold, side inspection door, cam shaft bushes and cam shaft, oil filling, shut down coil fixing etc.

Cylinder block reconditioning and liner boring. NOTE: Crank shaft 1 No. will be provided by board at free of cost for assembling the engine

Charges for fabrication of bottom chamber after removing the eroded support frame and re-tapping work.

Charges for replacement of gaskets. Providing 2 Nos. gasket in the upper tank of radiator and 2 Nos. of gasket the lower tank of the radiator.

Labour Charges for reassembling the radiator and conducting leak test. This work involves fixing the upper tank, gasket, wire, side plate with bolts and nuts.
