Providing and fixing of Solar Lights with Poles at various places in UIT area, Alwar. NIT02/2026-27/Item4

Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 5600 lumens semi-integrated Solar LED Street Light complete with high-efficiency LED luminaire fixture made of powder-coated single-piece die-cast aluminium housing having IP66 protection, provided with heat dissipation fins, UV-stabilized polycarbonate/toughened glass cover and secondary lens on each LED. The LEDs shall be SMD type of 3–5 W each with minimum system efficacy of 125 lm/W, CRI not less than 70 and CCT 5700 K ± 355 K. The system shall comprise a 75 W mono/poly crystalline solar PV module, inbuilt 24 Ah LiFePO₄ lithium battery with minimum 12 hours backup, charge controller with automatic dusk-to-dawn operation, suitable mounting arrangement and fixing on a 6.0 m high hot-dip galvanized pole including PCC foundation, excavation, grouting, foundation bolts, clamps, nuts and bolts, wiring, transportation, loading/unloading and all allied accessories complete in all respects as per approved specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The item shall also include comprehensive operation and maintenance of the complete system for a period of five years, covering routine servicing, cleaning of solar panels, replacement of defective components including battery, charge controller, LED driver, fittings and all consumables required for satisfactory operation and performance of the system during the maintenance period, complete in all respects.
