(c) S&F 25 x25 x1.5mm GI Powder coated tee as in main & cross members at 595mm c/c supported suspenders alongwith adjustable clamp to maintain level . (d) S&F E-board 4mmthick self design type ceiling tiles of size 595mm x 595mm confirming to relevant IS in squares of GI Powder coated Tee with clips made to shape. Shade and pattern of E-board shall be as approved by GE.

S&F Suspended Gypsum board ceiling works in decorative steps including vertical/sloping members includes with GI perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) alongwith perimeter of nailing screw fixed in brick wall/RCC with the help of nylon seelves and screws at 610mm centre, then suspending GI intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two flange of 15mm each) from the soffits at 1220mm centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners, ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm centres, 12.5mm tapered edge gypsum board conforing to IS 2095 (1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centre,. Screws fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment finally the board are to be jointed and finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards are to be joints compound, joint fiber tape including dismatling of old false ceiling any description. Note :- Details of fixing & material will be got approved by GE before commencement of work.

S&F Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame including dismantling of exisitng frame complete all as speified and directed. Note : Colour and pattern shall be approved by GE.
