Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling work etc. and disposal of excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation, trenches,etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work,blasting work, hard blasting and chiselling etc. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc.then disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts in Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Prov. and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(1cement:5sand:10 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall/ breast wall, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm.as per HPPWD specifications within all leads and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1:2(1cement:1 and:2 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement in reinforced concrete work i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Foundation and plinth.

Walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.1 m thickness) including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting , strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 3 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) ,partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting , strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Arches upto 6 mtrs. span.

Prov. in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand).

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge:-

Suspended floors, roofs, landings,shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Arches upto floor two level.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforced for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) Tor steel.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint:

In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works.

Providing, Laying and jointing in trenches,galvanised mild steel tubes (Light grade)confirming to IS-1239 (Part-I) 2004 i/c tube fittings such as Tee, elbow, union & nipple.(earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)i/c all leads and lifts complete

100mm dia nominal bore.

125mm dia nominal bore.

Boulder filling behind the retaining walls.

Supplying cast iron cover without frame for man hole (For frames of 500mm internal dia meters C.I.cover medium duty the weight of cover to be not less than 58 kg).complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing C.I.sluice valve (with hand wheel) as per IS:780-1984 class I upto 300mm dia (including brass spindle and as per IS:2906-1984 class II for diameters more than 300mm complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc, (The tail pieces if required shall be measured and paid for separately):- 125mm dia nominal bore.
