S & F for one hour fire rated wall panel/lining system with 62.5mm Gypliner channel includes two layer of tapered edge 12.5mm Gyproc FR board fixed on web of 45mm Gypliner channel section placed at 600mm centre to centre in 25mm gypliner angle including all accesseries and 25mm glasswool slab of density 24 Kg/m3 placed in metal frame work complete all as specified by manufacturer and as directed.

Providing and applying one coat of structural grade epoxy coat by brush of approved make . Mixing of two components will be as directed by manufacturer .Application shall be provided not more than 5 hours before application of micro concrete/polymer mortar etc complete all as specified by the manufacturer. M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:4 as in backing coat of skirting /dado all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering in CM 1:6, 10mm thick on fair faces brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering in CM 1:3, 5mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces on ceiling complete all as specified.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall, apply 3mm thick wall care putty, one coat of (chalk whiting) primer and two coat of oil bound distemper all as specified and as directed

Preparation of new wood or wood based surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, all as specifed and directed.

Supply, installation & testing of maintenance free chemcal earthing of copper coated electrode pipe of length 3 mtr long and 76 mm dia, having terminal size 50x6 mm, the earth electrode pipe is tightly filled with Crystalline Conductive Mixture (CCM) and then sealed. The electrode shall be installed by making bore of 200 mm dia & 3 Mtr deep below normal ground level, after using & including 10 KG ground enhencing material, the electrode shall be surrounded by and including 60 KG Back Fill Compund (Chemical compound provided by manufaturer) complete including making earth pit chamber of size 30CM x 30 CM x 15 CM complete.

Taking down chokhats or frames with shutters (without taking off the shutters from the frames) size exc 1.50 sqm but n exc 4 sqm all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbling down with water, etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, and removing to store for 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, and removing to store for 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building material out side the campus including loading and unloading etc., to a distance exc 5.0 Km but not exc 10.0 Km out side the MD land ( Ministry of Defence) where responsibility regarding place of deposition and obtaining permission from all authorities etc., in this regard will be of contractor responsibility and all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches,ceiling rose, pendents, regulators,sockets, light fittings etc.removing materials for keeping for taking credit( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls floors etc. all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable submain wiring of any size including GI/copper earth continuity conductor in PVC conduit on wall/roof and making good to disturbed surfaces all as directed.

Taking down split A/C of any Capacity and keeping it in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting electric connection and taking down main switch/SPN DB/TPN DB of any size and keep in safe custody for reuse complete and good/levelling the disturbed surfaces of wall to match with existing surface.

Disconnecting removing of fire detactors of any specification including wirings for false ceiling repair work and refix the same in position including connection after the false ceiling repair work completed .
