M & L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 10/12.5 mm graded stone aggregrate laid over roof slab after applying cement slurry for filling undulationations finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured seperately).

Supply Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick consisting of the following for RCC roof:- (a) Cleaning plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of Oxidised bitumen based solvented primer @0.3 Kg/Sqm of approved make on top of dry surface of RCC roof complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for APP modified polymeric waterproofing membrane 3mm thick with non woven polyster core of approved make applied by heating one surface of membrane with LPG torch with lap of 100mm and the overlap shall be seated by flame complete all as per manufacture instructions and as directed.

M &L Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/roof, and cut incl 20 mm screed bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for treatment of sunken floor slab comprising of the following specifications with and including demolition of sunken floors complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of \ RCC slab surface (incl vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush,chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. Provn of 40 mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope incl cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for sprout. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and incl integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed incl filling it with water to check dampness and seepage and where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. Cont/-

Cont/- (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI/PVC pipes are passing through shall besealed with epoxy puttySikaguard 694 F(I) or equivalent make in Fosroc/Thermax as approved by GE (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean (v) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating with Sika Topseal 107 or equivalent make in Fosroc/Thremax as approved by GE over base coat as per manufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical sides upto finished floor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layers shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vetical and bottom surface of the sunken portion. (vi) Plaster the bottom surface and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and incl integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc/Thermax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification incl rounding of corners and injuctions sloping towards spout. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick E board classic,fibre base cement boards,embosed texture,fixed to aluminium snap grid (Size of grid 605 x 605 mm) in ceiling complete all as specified & directed. (Note:- The Aluminium snap grid frame work shall be measured & paid for separately)

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. Cost of ceiling compund is included in the unit rate of this item.
