Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm in depth.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50metre above the starting point

M & L Sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with Tibba sand and punning to provide a required cover.

M & L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing ACSR conductor of any size from insulators fixed on cracked / broken poles as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) straining properly on insulator and binding with aluminium tap/binding with connectors, jumpers etc.of any type and sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Straining only of existing ACSR conductor of any size tying on existing poles properly on insulators and binding with aluminium tap/binding with connectors, jumpers etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (each length of conductor measured separately) Note :- Measurement and payment shall be made by measuring horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and adding 3% extra for sag, joints & jumpers etc.

Supply & fixing or laying galvanised steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls under road crossing etc of following sizes including dismantling & taking down existing pipe :-

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32 mm X 6 mm protection by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to continuous earth wire on pole all as specified and testing on completion, including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from test point to main board and 20mm GI medium grade watering pipe funnel, PCC earth pit and RCC cover charcoal, salt and GI wire including excavation and earth work etc complete all as directed at site.

(Note :- 1. One span from pole to pole of distance not exceeding 30 metres shall be considered as one unit. 2. The frequency of trimming of tree branches shall not be less than 3 months)

Height of the strap shall be 30cm and number of straps shall be 5 Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit termenation for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing after jointing of following size:-

M&L for find fault locaton using fault locating machine for fault finding for LT/HT cables of any type/size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge. Any No of fuault in single cable shall be considered to be one unit for payment purposes.

Disconnecting & taking out the existing Unserviceable MCCB 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase from panel S&F MCCBs including extension terminals and connecting using suitable fasteners, modification/fabrication if any complete all as required at site, as specified and directed.

Supply & fix LT panel out door (Kiosk type) type, weather & vermin proof MS sheet housing 3.15mm thick, powder coated over a coat of primer, double door, front & rear openable type, mounted on 40x40x6 mm angle iron frame, floor mounted type with one MCCB, 4 pole, 100 Amp, 25 KA 415 volts as incomer, copper bus bar 200 Amp of length not less than 60 cm, 4 pole duly drilled with holes for cable connections, after due approval of panel drawing including PCC pedestals of suitable size, removal of old unsv panel, making good the area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning and testing factory made and tested CPRI type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) out door type IP-54, floor mounted,compertmantalised and suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and with base frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron , powder coated, having front and rear openeable hinged double door shutters with aprons for cable entry and locking arrangement complete (at Officer Mess) Incoming (a) MCCB 250 amps, 4 pole, 50Hz ,415 V with rupturing capacity 35 /36 KA-01 No Outgoing b) Bus bar electrolytic grade copper and supported on Non-hygroscopic, non carbonising, corrosion resistance SMC insulators 400Amp, 4 pole, not less than 60cm long - 01 set. Note- (i) Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of PCC foundation/pedestal and connected earth work. (ii) Panels shall be placed above 0.6 mtr from ground level (iii) Outgoing MCCBs shall be fed with solid busbar connectors. (iv) Cables shall be terminated using gun metal /SS glands.

M&L for lifting of LT existing panel to hight of 450mm from ground using 40X40X6mm angle iron all including dismantling electrical connections welding, cutting, inches, nuts, bolts etc and pcc footings all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Dismantling of existing LT panel, disconnecting existing, serviceable MCCBs/ACB and depositing in MES storeyard all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of LT feeder pillar box one coat of of synthetic enamel paint all including preparation of surface etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.
