M&L chipping and cleaning of existing loose and damaged concrete surface or plaster surface carefully up to 60 mm thickness by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete / surface including cleaning the surface by air jet and stacking & disposal of unserviceable materials outside the premises of MoD land etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for ready mix plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces on walls mixed with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC will be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing of welded mild steel wire mesh weighing not less than 1 kg / sqm on the prepared surface which should be cleaned and should be removed from dirt, fungus and all foreign material complete all as specified and directed

M&L for ready mix plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proof admixture Chemistik Chemicrete @ 200ml per bag of cement on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces of wall, surfaces has to be finished even and smooth and with moist curing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Epoxy Resin Based Concrete Bonding Agent for proper bonding between old surfaces with micro-concrete / new surface. The bonding agent shall be a two component solvent free epoxy supplied as ready to use at site. The product shall have a minimum pot life of 120 Min at 35°C and an open time of at least 4-6 Hours @ 30°C up to which new concrete can be poured. It shall develop a minimum compressive strength of 40 MPa and a bond Strength of 11 MPa, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Make: Carlisle Syntec / Thermax Ltd, / Kryton Build Mat Pvt Ltd / SNI Infratech Pvt. M&L for Providing and applying jacketing with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i). Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

M&L for Mild TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia additional main steel TMT bar or stirrups of designed diameter in various structural elements like column, beams and foundations including drilling ,bending, welding and fixing the bars with epoxy putty etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- Steel has to be provided on the basis of 1% of volume of concrete.

M&L for providing and applying ready to mix cement polymer plaster with high quality polymer additives (Polymer plaster) with 4 MPa compressive strength of required thickness over the entire cleaned surfaces including all tools and tackles, etc. in damaged areas in 40 to 50 mm thickness including leveling profliling etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rolled mild steel work in joist, channel, angle or tee section, fixed independently without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary length i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) including necessary welding and joints etc; steel confirming to Fe-410 Gde E-250 quality B complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling expanded metal / welded wire fabric n. exc. 4 kg per sqm of any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any complete all as specified and as directed

S&F of welded steel wire fabric n. exc. 4 kg per Sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any type and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in 75mm thick plinth protection / footpath, finished the surfaces even & smooth using extra cement and including mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kneelers, apex, stones, bed plates, kerbs and likes including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chromate primer on new or previously untreated steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wire brushing, cleaning the surface from loose dirt, mortar dropping etc apply one coat of primer AC 10 pure acrylic seater allow to dry for 4-5 hrs. Thereafter, applying two coats of Chemistik ACP 100 (Anti-carbonation coating) all to cure for 72 hrs, complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed. Anti-carbonation coating having the following properties:- (a) Vapour permeability - < 0.13 ASTM D1653 (b) Diffusion resistance Co2: Min : 22.00g / sqm (c) Diffusion air layer thickness : Min 11.00/m Din (d) 53122 pt I adhesion min: 2.00 ASTM d-4541 (e) Tensile strength Min 1.5 Mpa (f) ASTM D 2370, allow to cure for 72 hrs.

M&L for filling all visible cracks joints in floor slab etc with Chemistik Conjoint-50 (Polymeric joint sealeant) by first priming with Chemistik Primer 10 and thereafter, apply one bond coat of Chemistik EP TAC 404 (Epoxy Tac Coat) prior to laying M-15 concrete in 30mm thickness laid to level to finish and allow to moist cure for 7 days complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by ENgr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying on new concrete or plastered surfaces one coat of Chemistik CW 100 G (tank waterproof coating), allow to cure for 72 hrs and thereafter, applying three coats of Chemistik Epoxy Slurry mortar heavy duty tank coating at an interval of 4-6 hrs between each coat complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing the following treatment to water reservoir complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (i) Wire brushing, cleaning the surfaces of walls , removing loose dirt, dust, gravel etc on external, top and side wall surfaces. (ii) Fill all cracks, joints with Chemistik Primer 10 and filling the same with Chemistik Conjoint-50 (Polymeric joint sealant), allow to cure for 72 hrs. (iii) Apply one coat of Chemistik CW-100G (Tank water proof coating) allow to cure to 24 hrs. (iv) Apply two coats of Chemistik ACP 100 (Anti-carbonation paint) allow to cure for 72 hrs. Anti carbonatnion coating should have the following properties:- (a) Vapour permeability - < 0.13 ASTM D1653. (b) Diffusion resistance Co2: Min : 22 gram/sqm. (c) Diffusion air layer thickness : Min 11.00/m Din (d) 53122 pt I adhesion min: 2.00 ASTM d-4541. (e) Tensile strength Min 1.5 Mpa. (f) ASTM D 2370, allow to cure for 72 hrs.

M&L for scaling / volumetric marking with thick paint on internal surfaces of static water tank including all necessary preparation, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for removing peepal tress or any other types of trees / vegetations and taking out roots from wall, roof slab, over head tank portions, shafts, rain water pipe portions etc, and applying acid or suitable chemical to the affected area to arrest further growth and making good damaged portions with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only water proofing liquid compound as URP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF LW, CICO, FOSROC.

Demolition of pre-cast concrete block walling in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width in type B1 (1:2:4) (Using 20mm size graded stone aggregate) and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level un reinforced complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 75mm thick as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified & directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 100mm thick as in flooring, ramp, surfaced has to be finished even & fair without using extra cement mixed with metallic floor hardener @3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Metallic floor hardener shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Metallic floor hardener complete all as specified and directed

M&L for machine cut broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc. 63mm as in hard core n. exc. 150mm thick, spread & leveling including watering & ramming complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing tubular trusses / steel beams / angle iron from trusses on wall and re-fixing in the same position/ opening or other position including necessary welding work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Extra mild steel section required at site shall be measured and paid separately.
