Material and labour for carrying out 'B'- check of DG Sets once in a period of three months by authorized / OEM comprising Prime mover and alternator with accessories, control panel and connected electric circuits with various type of sensors etc. including checking lubricating oil, coolent, filters,V-belt, self starter, battery power, gauges and other connected accessories, cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner ,attending faults of AMF panels and replacing the defective parts and identifying malfunction of the DG Set (if any) of following capacities complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- Notes for all Items :- (a) Major spares of DG Set will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item as supply only. (b) Minor spares like nuts/bolts, washers, oil seal, gaskets, cotton waste, clamps shall deemed to be included in the job. (c) Labour component for fixing the spares during above servicing including testing the DG set for rated output is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (d) The following items will be operated only if found necessary at site during the maintenance period. The contractor has no claim over the operation of full amount / spares under these items and payment will be made only for the spare parts actually replaced at site and as per the agreed rates. (e) All the misc items which are not mentioned below but are required for satisfactory completion of job is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lifts installed at Lift at Modernised COD, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM (Make of Lift - ECE Elevator India) by regularly examining, lubricting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Monthly, Quaterly, Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground+ Second floors i.e. total Three landings with electric power operated doors installed complete all as specified and directed for the following lifts:- Modernised COD :- HQ Building Capacity of 08 Passanger lifts - 01 Nos (Total Qty = 01 Nos X 11 months= 11 per month)

Notes for item No. 70 :- (i) Type of AMC category - Platinum type (ii) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done throuhg OEM i.e. of M/s ECE Elevator India India Pvt Ltd. Necessary intent of MoU from OEM as per Proforma & same shall be uploaded with cover -1, failing which the financial bids of that tenderer will not be opened & reject the tender in technical evaluation. (iii) The contractor will have to submit MOU from M/s ECE Elevator India India Pvt Ltd Pvt Ltd. within fifteen days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue. (iv) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement along with invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (v) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift.

(vi) The contract included for repair, replacement of machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter/ ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock break shoes, liners, contactors, relays, push bottons, coils, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, car door, safety device limit switches, emergency alarm system with hooter,governor, hoistway door locks,magnetic switches,magnets,door motor,door drive,encoder,car door safety device, Infrared screen, governors, interlock on hoistway doors, gear oil,travelling cable, indicators, LED display boards and minor mechanical spare parts. The cost of above materials are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (vii) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (viii) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (ix) The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the lift every week regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. OEM Technician should alaways carry service tools during site visit. (x) Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not come to the site of attending breakdown within two hours, a penalty of Rs 600 per fault per day shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deduct from his dues.

Comprehensive periodical maintenance of Capsul lift (ECE Elevator India India Pvt )Ltd.daily Inspections and Maintenance Checks (a) Daily Checks: Visual inspection of lift car interior and exterior. Quarterly Inspections: Safety Devices: Verify operation of overspeed governors. Check buffer springs and safety gear.Mechanical Components: Inspect ropes, sheaves, and guide rails for wear. Grease bearings and gears. Half yearly Inspections Detailed Examination: Conduct thorough inspection of hydraulic systems (if applicable). Test and calibrate control systems. Inspect and test emergency communication systems. Contractor should takes Certification from authorised OEM to Ensure compliance with local regulations and obtain certification from authorized inspectors. and Maintain a detailed log of inspections and repairs.Document any deviations from normal operation and submits to Engr-in-Charge All as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing of 300mm sweep car cabin fan in lift with necessary accessories such as fins/ grills, nuts, bolts and wires, etc.including taking down old unserviceable fan complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for buffing for stainless steel surface inside of lift car cabin complete with using buffing machine and compound for buffing upto remove the dull outlook and rusted spots on steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs only sealed maintenance free battries of 18 AH capacity of 12 Volts for suitable in ARD system incl taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed.
