Cleaning the Storm water drains, cleaning the road junctions and play grounds, etc., in Kalpakkam Township

Labour charges for cleaning the storm water drain of depth varying from 500 to 1000mm by removing the deposited soil, dry leaves, stones and debris etc., to a height of 300 to 500mm in drains and cleaning road sides including disposing all the above debris in places as directed, removing and replacing in position the cover slabs, wherever necessary all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for cleaning the road junctions including removing deposited sand and removing the unwanted vegetation growth and disposing them etc., complete.

Earthwork in open / Surface Excavation not exceeding 300mm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan in all types of soil, mixture of gravel and disintegrated rock, hard stiff clay including grading and levelling neatly by breaking clods, disposal of excavated earth upto 50m lead & lift upto 1.5m, (Disposed soil to be levelled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed) etc., all complete as per specifications.

Labour charges for cleaning the play grounds at KV-I, KV-II, AECS-I, Hockey ground and NESCO including removing deposited sand and removing the unwanted vegetation growth and disposing them etc., complete.

Restoring the damaged foot path / pathway by relaying the retrieved interlocking paver blocks including removing the paver blocks from damaged / undulated / dislocated pathway, stacking the serviceable materials, cutting the uprooting tree roots if any, levelling the surface, consolidating / ramming, relaying the retrieved paver blocks in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of available coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour charges for refixing the existing damaged / fallen Kerb stone including earth work excavation, placing and laying the existing kerb stones, pointing the joints in CM 1:3, refilling the sides, compacting, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing light jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, removal of rubbish upto a distance of 100m outside the periphery of the area cleared, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Labour charges for cleaning the pavered foot pathways along the main road/interior roads including removal of weeds and unwanted vegetation growth, disposing and all pathways to be maintained at proper level etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying laying and jointing of RCC hume pipes of 150mm dia with collars of class NP-2 as per IS specifications including aligning to proper level and line as directed at site, jointing with Cement Mortar 1:2, curing, etc., complete as per specification.

Supplying and Laying of Bituminous Cold mix materials (instant repair pre-mix) for patch repair works of make HINCOL (Road Bond) or other approved equivalent make including removal of all failed material, disposal of removed materials at suitable place, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, back filling the pot holes with instant repair pre-mix materials, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, cost of conveyance of all materials to site, etc., all complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer.
