Up-Gradation of the Old Operation Theatre Complex to Modular Operation Theatre Complex, Bokaro General Hospital of Bokaro Steel Plant.

• 1. During last seven years from the from the date of NIT, the bidder should have carried out manufacturing/supply, erection/supervision of erection and commissioning/supervision of commissioning of minimum 02 numbers of Modular Operation Theaters, in a single Purchase order, in a minimum 100 bedded Hospital.

• 3. Consortium bidding is not allowed.

• 4. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during three of last four consecutive financial year ending Mar’2023 shall be at least Rs. 3 Crore (INR Three Crores Only). The bidder shall submit audited annual financial reports for three of last four consecutive financial years ending March 2023 in support of the above.

• 5. Net worth of the Bidder should be positive in the financial year ending 31st March 2023 as per the audited annual accounts.

• 6. Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI from 01.07.19 onwards, shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number.

• 7.The bidder should submit an affidavit stating that the eligibility documents furnished by them are genuine. Note# 1: Along with their offer, the bidder shall submit the filled up credential details for the documents they have submitted against Point-1 and Point-2 above, in the format-1 enclosed with the NIT.
