16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on brick work including all cost conveyance royalty & taxes etc. comp.

20mm thick greading cement plaster (1:4) over roof salb including all cost conveyance royalty & taxes etc.

Fixing tiles in dados striking and rises of steps on 12mm cement plaster (1:3 ) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles per 1sqm.

Supplying, fitting & fixing 30cm x 30cm / 40cm x 40cmn Ceramic Floor tiles of premium grade having thickness 7 mm to 8mm of approved make conforming to IS: 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of EIC.Data for 10 sqm, vide page - 235 of A/R - 2006, item - 1,in other building items chapter.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat painting of approved shade on new work to give an even shed.Per 1sqm.

Supplying,fitting,fixing of M.S grill gate/ ventilator with cost,convayance,taxes of all materials, labour, T & P etc .required for the complete in all respect.(MR)

Painting two coats with any approved paint on new/old wood/iron work including cost of paint & labour.
