Demolition of precast block work or stonework built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc), or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness any type including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Gypsum board of size 12 mm thick (IS-14862) as in ceiling fixed with screws and GI frame work of main runner 38 x 24mm sheet thickness 4mm, cross Tee 28 x 24mm sheet thickness 3mm and wall angle 24 x 24mm x 3mm complete all as specified and directed by the GE. Make:- (a) Armstrong, (b) National Gypsum (c) Lafarge Son

All as per srl item No 03 above but fixing only old gypsum board as obtain from dismantling from srl item no 02 above.

Precast cement concrete block, M-10(1:3:6), type C-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 Cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.
