Attending complaint and rectifying any type of fault in internal electrification such as decarbonising connection in the DBs checking for disconnections any burning due to over loading in DBs and restoring electric supply,checking and repair of switch sockets, MCBs any type, repair/replacement of tube light fitting, any type, by replacement of worn out ballast, bipin holder, starter, worn out wire, repair of faulty fan by disconnecting and replacement of worn out part such as capacitor, fan regulator, worn outwire, repair of lamp by replacement of worn out holder wire, earthing, repair replacement of other internal accessories which needs to serviceable the electric supply. Note :- .(1). Contractor shall be provided necessary T&P such as ladder, Earth, tester, Insulation tester, drill machine during rectification fault and nothing extra shall be paid to him on this account (2). The cost of insulation tape shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against relevant item (3) Complaint will be attended immediately as and when noted day and night

Taking down carefully aluminium batten point, wiring for light/fan/socket/bell or power point including. All fittings i.e. switch, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, batten holders, etc. Complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the surroundings of wall/ceiling/floor etc including taking down old light fittings. Note :- (i) Contractors quoted rate of this item deemed inclusive of unscrewing of the serviceable fittings and fixture as directed and deposit in MES store yard. (ii) Quoted rate also deem to be included cost of cutting chases for taking out concealed conduit and nitch for terminal box. (iii) Decision of GE shall be final and binding in respect of serviceability of fittings/fixture. (iv) Exhaust fan and ceiling fan shall be taken down in under separate item of this schedule.

Note :- MCBs and MCCB shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.
