Two coats of wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Berger/or equivalent), including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour after cleaning dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete and Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Finishing walls with two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Berger/or equivalent), including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour after cleaning dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete and Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Painting two or more coats to the Doors & windows of the buildings with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Berger/or equivalent) of required colour to give an even shade as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Painting two or more coats to the Lantern room, gates, hand rails and window grills etc. with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Berger/or equivalent) of required colour to give an even shade as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Polishing with touch wood polish on previously polished wood and wood based surface to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler, cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete as directed.

Repair works to cracks in plastering/ masonary/ R.C.C. works/ lintels/ beams/ chajjas etc., cutting out cracks to 'V' section, cleaning, wetting, grouting with cement-sand slurry 1:3 (one cement, three sand) including cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants etc., complete as directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable doors, windows, ventilators, cupboards and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts, hinges and other attachments etc. of area 3 sq. metres and below complete without damaging the adjacent structure and stacking the serviceable material within 50 metres lead and disposing the unserviceable material from the site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of cost of supply of all labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Providing Second class teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: .

Providing and fixing glazed shutters in 35 mm thick Second class teak wood for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 5 mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked bright finished brass butt hinges of required size with necessary brass screws. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position powder coated three track aluminium sliding windows/ ventilators with builtup standard tubular section /appropriate z section and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixed with raul plug and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners, including neccesary filling up of gaps at junction, at top, bottam and side with required pvc/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and joined mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing, stainless steel screws and 4 mm thick pin headed glasses for all openings provided for windows/ ventilators. The window should consists of three shutters where two shutters should be fully glazed and one shutter should be provided with fly proof galvanised wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm. Concealed lock of indigo or equivalent is to be used in work including supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants etc., complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Dismantling old rusted and unserviceable steel work in built up sections in Square bars, angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc. in required pattern for frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer and cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., all complete as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Cleaning of septic tanks including cleaning the sewrage line, inspection chambers and replacing the C.C. covers over the tank after repairs if any and sealing the tanks with cement mortar etc complete as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x30 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Supplying and fixing of G.I. Tube ladder upto Over Head Water Tank top slab from ground including necessary fixtures such as tees & crosses, hand grouting in the concrete slab etc. including painting a priming coat of approved steel primer and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to the existing G.I. Pipe hand railings of top slab of Lighthouse tower as per the existing design including applying priming coat of approved steel primer and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make (Johnson/Kajaria/Nelco/equivalent), in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., and cost of all materials, labours, tools and plants etc., complete as directed.

Supplying and fixing Lighthouse Name Board of size 1.50 m X 1.00 m, made out of 20 mm dia ‘B’ class G.I pipe frame work and base to be made with G.I sheet of 18 gauge over which matter to be fixed in Kannada, Hindi and English language with vinyl sticker letters on both sides, board to be fitted on 40mm dia ‘B’ class G.I. pipe of 1.80 m high and fixed in position with cement concrete 1:2:4, applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint to frame after a coat of metal primer including cost of all materials, labour charges, fabrication charges, transportation, fixing etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing new Jet black Granite Plaque stone of size 0.61X0.45 meter of approved quality engarved with letters of different size in Kannada, Hindi and English language and national emblem carved on top, after dismantling existing old Granite plaque stone from fixed position without damaging other attched granite stone work and disposal of waste materials within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Border has to be carved on the granite stone and all the letters, national emblem and border should be filled with golden colour etc. and fixing the granite stone in thick cement slurry and making the back side of stone rough for gripping and finishing the side surface of wall, after levelling the surface including cost of all material, labour, tools and plants etc. complete as directed.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights for Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls etc. Under 20 cm wide, complete as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc.
