Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep and n.exc 1.5Mt wide and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material exc 250 mtr n exc 500 m distance and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling and well ramming with water complete n.exc 25 cm thick in each layer in soft/loose soil.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm,deposited, spred and levelled in layer not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates ) as in foundation & as in mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)in floors finish concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil,material to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 in 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and masconcrete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)foundation incl rafts footing foundation beams plinth beams basses for columns etc

M&L for RCC Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in slab supported on wall beam and col in floor roofs landing balconies canopies deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm crushed stone agregate as in coping benching etc

S&F Pre -painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screwed as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed of any length independently, without connecting plates, etc. AFe- 290 (Gde E-165)

M & L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coath of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Formwork to side of concrete foundation footing based of columns raft beams sides and softs of foundation and plinth beams for rough finished surface and similar works etc

Formwork to edges of concrete flats breaks in floors openings in concrete RCC/PCC bands in walls horizontal or sloping and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide.

S&F for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including craking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to IS.

Ditto all as item no 61 above but in vertical surfaces such as skirting/Dado.incl backing coat incl plaster CM 1:3 10mm thick

M&L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed upto 12.00 mts height.

M &L for preparation new steel and iron surface not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Aluminium paints upto 12.00 mts heightall as directed by engr-in charge.

Note: All the above work shall be 12.00 Mtr hight.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) 25 mm thick in flooring.
