PROVISION OF ON GRID SOLAR PLANT AT PAO OFFICE ADDITION ALTERATION TO STREET LIGHTS FLOOD LIGHTS GI PIPE LINES AT BANASWADI UNDER GE NORTH BANGALORE

Supply, installation and commissioning of 20 KWP on grid solar PV system including the following accessories:- (a) On grid tie roof top solar generation pack systems conforming to MNRE specifications complete with soft start and micro processor based control of capacity 20 KwA, 415 volts, 50 Hz sinusoidal wave out put with standard cables and accessories photo voltaic modules required no of 340 wp or above high efficiency polycrystalline (59 pv panel conforming to IS14286 / IEC61215, IS / IEC61370 part I & II (b) solar photovoltaic module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5% PV modules used in solar power system, must be warranted for their out put, peak watt capacity should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. The frame shall be torsion and corrosion resistant anodised aluminium and suitable structure made out of GI plated/ anti corrosve mild steel including necessary inter connections using suitable size connecting cable and junction boxes as per OEM specification Contd/-- 1.002

Contd.. 1.001 (c ) Grid connected solar inverter 350-800 v DC input voltage range and 415 volts AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz +/- 2.5 Hz out put voltage suitable to generate AC power with efficiency not less than 97% MPPT continuous out put rating at unity power factor and THD less than 3% with linear load and suitable for ambient temp from 0 to 50 degree C. The CPU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the grid. The make and specification all as per OEM approved. (d) Data monitaring system complete with accessories. (e) AC ditribution board including multi function energy meter with 0.5 accuracy and circuit breaker of suitable capacity all as per OEM specifications, earthing including earth strip all as per OEM specifications,fixing of lightning and surge voltage protection as per IS 3043 and as per OEM specifications. (f) Fixing of arry junctionbox and main junction box with IP 65 protection andtermination arrangement forincomming andout going cable along with glands lugs & other accessories as required Contd/-1.003

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables/errection of pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not less than 1.5 mtr deep and not exc. 3 mtr in deep for pole foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers with hard/dense soil not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning in layers for cables in trenches / ducts for cable using dry river sand including consolidation complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

Bricks, sub class 'B' of old size 230 mm x 115 mm x 75 mm laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured and PVC bedded, heavy duty, LT cable 10 sq.mm, 4 core, 1100 volts grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor, including cable glands, cable lugs etc., to suit the cable size, laid in trenches, or fixed along with the poles, bare or through GI pipe, laid under floors / road etc., fixed / concealed in walls / encased in GI pipe etc., jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete, (1:4:8), type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling and mass concrete of pole / cutting of road, all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete, (1:3:6), type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in coping of pole, including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

FRP moulded junction box with IP 65 protection of size 250x200x100mm (in side), hinged type with 32 Amps, 4 way, heavy duty terminal block with 6 Amps MCB SP and two number of cable entry gland of standard size with suitable stainless steel bracket to fix with pole complete all as specified and as directed.

LED street light fitting 60 Watt including lamp, new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium IP-66 roadway luminaire with high power LED as light source with toughened glass. all as per Havells Cat No. ENDURA PEARL PLUS SL60 WLED 757 SASYTOPC HSN Code: 9405 or Bajaj Cat No 169884 BRTFG 60W LED WW complete all as specified and as directed.

Sub main wiring power/circuit using FR PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts grade, multi stranded copper conductor cable 2 single core of size 1.50 sq.mm, earth continuity conductor of size 1.50 sq.mm green in colour drawn through and including PVC conduit of suitable size, medium grade on surface/concealed in walls/roof/floors complete all as directed. NOTE:- Two wires of 1.50 sq.mm and one wire of 1.50 sq.mm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Galvanised iron tubing, light grade, 25mm bore with all accessories for cable protection fixed on poles/buildings or laid in trenches including necessary MS clamps, bolts and nuts etc., including taking down the existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Steel tubular poles complete with cast iron plate, finial tapper plug, bolts nuts & screws as per type 410 SP -31 ,9 mtr long complete all as specified and as directed.

Provision of GI bracket made out of 25 mm dia GI tubing light grade of approx length 1.5 m bent to required shape and size including necessary fixing clamps, bolts, nuts & washers all as specified and as directed.

LED flood light 70 watts IP-65 complete all as specified and as directed.

Time lite distribution boxes (timer boxes) for street light control including Digital timer 32 Amps, 3 pole, 230 Volts with power contactor of 32 Amps and MCB TPN 32 Amps with inernal wiring etc., fixed with suitable size of clamps, nuts and bolts fixed on pole/wall all as per Indo Asian Cat Part No: TL032AB0 or techno commercially equivalent makes specfied in PS including taking down the existing boxes complete all as specified and directed.

50mm dia medium grade Galvanised iron tubing with all fittings and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floors / trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of GI pipe of 50mm dia in position for insertion of GI specials of Tee,.union,Coller etc., complete all as specified and directed

Gun metal gate or globe valves 50 mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Energy saving ceiling fans, 230 Volts, of any wattage, single pole, 1200 mm sweep, high speed of approved colour with remote control and two years warranty certificate from the manufacturers, with latest BEE five star rating and BLDC technology all as per Havells Model No :- Efficiencia Neo (BLDC 26W) / Bajaj Model No. Excell star :- 251084 or techno commercially equivalent models specified in PS complete with down rod and GI hook with welding work, wire connections from ceiling rose to ceiling fans, with complete accessories including writing of MES No with unit name on ceiling fans using approved stencil with synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and as directed.
