Material and labour for street light bracket made of 40mm GI pipe light grade 1.5 m length bent in shape for mounting street light on one end, fixing the bracket on pole with suitable GI clamps, Nuts and bolts all as specified and as directed.
(d) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of suitable dia as per manufacture standard with MS pipe light grade up to and away two meters height from top of enclosure including necessary angle iron frame supports from floor to the bottom of exhaust pipe from the enclosure covered with mineral wool of thickness 50mm rapped with chicken wire mesh of size 2.25mm and aluminum sheet of 24 SWG to be complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure.
(C) Fuel System :- Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, fuel injection solenoid switch/nozzles/ governor electronic type capable for 1 % speed /frequency regulation. (b) Batteries:- 1 No. Maintenance free Battery of suitable AH capacity complete with copper conductor multistranded leads of suitable length from self starter to the battery terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolite all as specified. (a) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. (b) Rugged in construction maintenance free and modular designs which facilitate easy at site. (c) 16 SWG (1.6 mm) thick CRCA sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (d) Sheet metal components of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action.
(q) Deliverables:- Confirms the norms established by CPCB. (F) AMF PANEL:- (a) Auto Main Failure (AMF) panel made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated of conforming to IS 8623 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415 Volts, 3 Phase,4 Wire, AC 50 Hz having aluminum bus bar capacity required to carry current at 100% load of 10 KVA DG set with three phase and half neutral color coded, prewired with copper flexible cable, be all as specified with the following accessories, control cable from Gen set to AMF panel:-
(l) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinges fasteners etc to be provided. (m) Deliverables. 75 dBA @ imtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside tee enclosure will be within as per manufacturers recommendations above ambient temp. (n) The enclosure should be provided with bulk head light fitting for inside illumination (o) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform. (p) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button.
(xv) Voltage sensing relay. (xvi) Six window enunciator for fault indications. (xvii) Electro magnetic relays. (xviii) Metering required in DG set :- A, V, Hz, KVA, KW, PF & KWH Metering required in mains :- A, V, Hz. (G) Acoustic enclosure: CPCB approved enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet steel will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions, with the following features:-
(e) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder/epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (f) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficiently. (g) For effective acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used. (h) Working space is to be provided around tube equipment for easy maintenance / repairs. (j) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement. (k) A see through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to be provided for monitoring the operation.
(H) Civil Works :- All civil works with PCC plat form and related to foundations including of panel and equipments and making good the existing structure of disturbed during installation and commissioning of Genset. The depth of the foundation shall be minimum 300 mm with ant vibration pads or as recommended by the manufacturer.
Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI strip 32 mmx6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part I 1991, GI earth lead protected by GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade, providing and connected to earth test point with & including necessary excavation & earth works in any type of soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil to 50 metre, filing with mixture of charcoal and common salt up to 15 cm above top edge of earth plate, pit of PCC 1:2:4 with precast cover of RCC 1:2:4, watering arrangement with GI funnel, 20 mm dia GI light grade watering pipe, earth test point terminal block, commissioning & testing complete.
