Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction and Maintenance during Defect Liability Period and 3 years beyond Defect Liability Period of, but not limited to, a. ICP/Land Port Complex with Passenger Terminal Building, Cargo Terminal building, Warehouse, Porters Driver Restroom, Public Toilets, Watch towers, Fire station, medical dispensary, Plant & Animal quarantine, Rummaging shed, Weigh bridge, Entry Exit gates, buildings and several other buildings (with approximate built up area of 20,000 sqm) on a site area of around 30 acres b. Stakeholder’s accommodation with several Residential Buildings (with approximate built up area of 7000 sqm) on a Site area of around 4 acres Including complete as per scope of work in all respect to make the building functional along with all Statutory approvals to occupy. 36 months DLP including comprehensive maintenance and 24 months of comprehensive maintenance after completion of DLP.
