Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

1. Taking down and rendering in cement mortar 1:3 with waterproofing liquid as per manufacture’s instruction over concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement. 2. First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.40 Kg/Sqm over plastered surface. (Bitumen primer shall be TANK MASTIC of M/S STP Ltd or ‘EMW FLATE’ of M/S Texas India Ltd). 3. Second coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS-702 Gde 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm applied over bitumen primer. 4. Third layer of APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3mm thick weighting not less 3 kgs/Sqm with a centre core of 90 micron high density polyethylene film protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix will be protected on both sides with thermo fusable HMHDPE film of make super thermolay manufactured by STP Ltd or ‘Hyper Plas’ (Ployster) manufactured by M/s IWL Ltd or ‘Shaliplas’ (polyester) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and chemicals Pvt Ltd as approved by GE, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100 mm at the ends complete all as specified and directed. 5. Final coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS-702 Gde 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm applied over APP membrane. Over this layer stone dust @ 0.50 kgs/Sqm shall be applied uniformly.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/pavings100mm thick finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glossy finished machine pressed precast inter locking tiles Vibro compacted of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2000 of 60mm thick M-30 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid colour ceramic tiles (first quality) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying floor finish incl dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix glazed ceramic coloured designer tiles of size 450mmX300mmx 7mm thick vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement, laid over and including cement rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, including dismantling of old tiles includingcement mortar bedding but not backing complete all as specified.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular polished area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in each floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick in CM 1:6 screed bedding incl dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9.00 above but in cement mortar 1:3 in skirting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as directed

Taking downs shutter exc 1 sqm but not exc 2.0 sqm each and re-fixing in same opening complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for including cutting reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for framed brackets of angle or tee sections with web and flanges cut to shape drilled and countersunk from screw including bending and welded angles as necessary gusset plates, riveting etc not exc 10kg each bracket conforming to FE 290 Gde E-165. (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under ‘structural steel)

Supply and fix pre painted galvalume aluminum zink coating GI base corrugated steel 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw with minimum 150mm end lap and one corrugation side lap complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slab and in shelves and the like incl form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel bars, 10 mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending fixing to columns, beams , balcony facia and similar work of Gde Fe -500, complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx95mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and fitted in opening all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC moulded door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded pre-laminated PVC sheet having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement and provision of partially louvered frame supply and fixing in the frame at site. Complete all as per specification & sample kept in GE office and as directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick plain, framed paneled factory made shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm thick veneered wood particle board with commercial veneering on both faces and with second class hard wood rails and styles. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as directed.

Material and labour for second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutter 35mm thick, factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/guage etc, without sash bars, mitred and rebated, with edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc, sizes of stiles, rails and sash bars as specified in Section 8, clause 8.24(a) of SSR part-I(2009)

Supply and fix stainless steel butt hinges 100mm long complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling etc and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including derusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75mmx75mmx2mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 40mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of cement and 2 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/ admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg per sqcm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair, including necessary padding, shuttering/ formwork, complete all as specified and directed (Guniting work is to be carried out upto 15m height). Notes :- Wherever steel reinforcement is required to be provided the same shall be measured separately under relevant item) (ii) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and alloy to dry. To this surface apply chemistic polycrete admixture at the rate of 2% by weight of cement or all as per manufacturer’s instructions. (iii) When polymix coating is in tackey condition guniting is done with polycrete admixture at the rate of 2% by weight of cement or all as per manufacturer’s instruction. Polycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorized dealer. (iv) Cost of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. (v) Only steel shuttering/formwork to be used only.

Material and labour for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement; 4 coarse sand)(sand source - Badarpur only) furrowing the under layer with scatching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 marble dust : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings incl nailing with 75 mm MS nails @ 450 mm both ways on wall surface complete all as specified and forming groove (area of each panel not exceeding 2 sqm each) of size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete incl taking down old plaster as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work/ concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost for necessary steel formwork & shuttering of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster as specified in SSR 2009 Pt-1 Para 14.22 and directed as site including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even with using extra cement incl water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and taking down old cement plaster of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surface and applying three coat of white wash all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered ceiling surface and applying two coat of white wash all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, mass, efflorescent salt and oil and greesy spot etc. washing rubbing down distemper surfaces and applying birla white putty 2mm on wall even and smooth surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer (of approved quality and tint) on wall using painting roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of walls applying birla white putty 2mm on wall even and smooth surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer (of approved quality and tint) on wall using painting roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer whereever directed by EIC to level the undulations complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of old treatment, preparation of surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer where ever directed by EIC to level the undulations complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m deep and n exc 1.5 m wide for foundation etc for shafts, wells , cesspits, manholes, pier holes, pipe line all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, earth in to trenches around pipe etc after laying of pipes and testing complete including watering and well ramming in 25 cm layers.

Supply & fixing aluminium Peg set of six fixed on aluminium flat of size 25 mm wide, 450 mm long and 3-4 mm thick fixed on wall with wooden guity and brass CP screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick/ terracing tiles from the roof including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing and rubbish off the premises complete all as as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plaster (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment in following stages:- 1. Taking down and rendering in CM 1:3 with waterproofing liquid as per manufacturer's instruction over concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement. 2. Final coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS-702 Gde 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm applied over APP membrane. Over this layer stone dust @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm shall be applied uniformly. 6.M&L for PCC padding 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded aggregate) of uniform thickness of 50 mm in two lyers of 25mm each with chicken wire mesh 0.90 mm dia and 12 x 12m aperture. At top of PCC padding cut false grove of size 600 x 600mm centre to centre both ways. The grooves shall be 6mm wide and 10 mm deep and filled with mastic bitumen 1:1 proportion complete all as specified and directed . Note (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (ii) The cost of dismantling of PVC water tanks and connected steel tubing over the roof and their refixing after completion of work to be incl in this unit rate.

Material and labour for PCC padding in cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in to achieve required slope before water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for curtain rods 28-30mm dia , fennels, curtain rings @ 125 mm c/c and also making good the wall surface to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified. Make - Vista.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 22 mm thick as in flooring, laid over cement screed base and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, laid over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 95.00 above but in skirting in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.
