Re-alignment of 11 KV line with allied works at lift station MG Nishat

Disconnecting the tapping from 11 KV main line, followed by connecting the conductor to the two pole structure with the help of available disc insulators and steel channels. The job is inclusive of providing and fitting of necessary clamps along with cutting/welding of steel channels as per site requirement.

Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of 9m long steel tubular pole of designation 410SP-33 along with sole plate. The pole is to be erected in 1.5 m deep pit with the help of cement concrete (M-20 MIX) followed by muffing of the poles above the ground level up to a height of 450 mm and having suitable size diameter. The job also involves spiral earthing of the pole as per norms and specifications.

Providing, installation testing and commissioning of heavy duty gang operated link set with copper lugs on the available steel channel to be fitted on the two pole structure including suitable size pipe and handle. The job is inclusive of providing and fitting of suitable size clamp for resting the handle on the steel tubular pole.

Providing, fitting and stringing of 0.03 ACSR conductor to the poles.

Providing and fitting 11 KV pin insulators on the available steel channel to be fitted on the poles.

Providing and fitting of 11 KV disc insulators along with required clamps on the available steel channel to be fitted on the poles.

Providing and fitting of screwed fasteners of assorted size.

Painting of the entire three pole structure and other allied steel members in two coats of silver paint
