Material and labour for concealed Point wiring for one light point/fan point /bell point controlled by one switch (using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding) complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked) drawn through and including PVC conduit 20mm dia (medium duty, ISI marked) with all fittings and all accessories i.e. pipe bend, pipe hook, elbow, junction boxes etc., including Pressed steel powder coated sunken terminal box suitable for modular switch socket (Min 50mm deep and 1.6mm thick sheet, suitable size) concealed in wall, including inner and outer plates (cover plate) suitable for fixing the modular switches/ socket / regulator etc, including provn of 1.5 Sqmm single core FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including cutting chases in wall and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/floors etc. by using CM (1:3) including fixing of switch/socket/regulator etc complete all as specified and as directed. (J) Automatic light control switch with infrared sensor based Nature Switch & voltage monitoring system (VMS). Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required illuminance level for Switching ON is < 30 Lux and for Switching OFF > 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have pert night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max 12 hrs. VMS should have Adjustable Over & Under Voltage Trip level and Protection against Phase Loss, Neutral Loss & Phase Reverse. Material and labour for shifting of transformer of capacity 11/0.433KV, 500 KVA including handling and transporting of transformer from existing location (AGE E/M store yard) to Proposed location and installing on PCC pole including connecting input and output electricity connections with minor spares, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as as directed. Note:- (i) Cost for loading/unloading, shifting transport/T&P (crane and vehicle) for shifting to proposed site and minor spares to complete the job and functional shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
