Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions , i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be paid for separately) - Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Chipping the worn out wall and concrete portion using proper tools and removing the loose particles and preparing the surface for treatment with wire brush etc.,. Complete until to reach good surface and removing the debris and disposal of the debris etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lifts etc.. complete.

Removing the loose particles/rust/mill scale deposits completely duly cleaning it with wire brush/crush sheet etc., and removing the dust over the old concrete surfaceand providing and systembased automatic rustremover of CERA/SIKA/FOSROC/ McBauchmic/DON/ BASF or Equivalent make certified and tested by acceredited Institutions.

Applying a polymer based anticrrosive coating material of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / MC Bauchmie / DON / BASF or Equivalent make certified and testing by accredited instritutions mixing mechanically unitl it is homogeneous and applying the same as one rich coat on prepared steel surface with brush with all lead and lift etc., complete and as idrected by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing high strength Non shrink free flow micro concrete of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / MC Bauchmie / DON / BASF OR Equivalent make certified and tested by accedited institutions like IIT / SERC / NTH or so (confirming to ASTM C109 7cm cube for compressive strength 45-50 MPA, Physical properties, Tensile Strength - 2.0 N/Sqm @ 28 days (BS 4551-80), Flexural strength - 5.0 N/sqm @ 28 days) over the Epoxy bonding agent applied area on columns, slabs, beams etc., upto floor five level (aggregates of 6mm to 12mm chips may be added) (Measurement has to be taken considering 60mm thickness of prepared surface). For this treatment precise Quantity of water ie. 0.15W/P ratio will be maintained for good mortar consistency as per the manufacturers specification with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge shuttering and reinforcement wherever required shall be paid separtely

Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete.

Plastering the wall surface with cement mortar of mix 1:4 (one part of cement: 4 fine sand) mixed with styrene butadiene styrene rubber latex of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / MC Bauchmie / DON / BASF Or Equivalant make certified and tested by accredited institutions (confirming to ASTM 1059-99 for bonding agent, Physical properties: Compressive strength 7.5 + or -2.0MPa, Tensile strength 2.0MPa at the ratio of 1:1:5 (1 part of cera polymer Latex : 1 part of water; 5 parts of cement) in 2 coats including all lead and lift etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing one coat of petro resin based curing compound of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / MC Bauchmie / DON / BASF or Equivalent make certified and testing by accredited institutions (confirming to ASTM C309 - 99 & ASTM C15699(A) over the finishing surface immediately after de shuttering of concrete surface or final trowelling of plastered surface with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Shear connectors of 10mm dia in holes of 12mm dia and 100mm deep drilled at necessary places in Chief Secretariat building, as directed by the Engineer in charge including drilling, cleaning the drilled holes with air blower to remove all dust and fixing the shear connectors in the filled holes with a thixtropic polyester grout KEYGROUT @ 0.022kg/hole mix 1:2 (One Resin: Two powder) as per the specification of M/s DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd. including all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in charge. The rate is excluding steel reinforcement of 10mm dia)

Providing and fixing sun control film of approved brand quality.the rate to include the cost of adhesive compound, labour for fixing and tranportation etc .complete all as directed by the Engineer-in -charge

Providing an instant setting hydraulic water proofing compound (Classic Rapid set plugging mortar) at the junction of roof and parapet wall to stop the entry of water and providing one coat of water proofing bonding agent for cementitious mixes (CLASSIC Acryfix SB or equivalent) mixed with cement slurry applied over the prepared surface including cleaning the surface etc.,. Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying PCC 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand :3 6mm stone aggregate) haunching concrete 15 to 20 cm wide mixed with Classic Acryfix SBR Polimer Latex 2 litres per bag of cement at the junction of roof and parapet wall to stop the entry of water after appyling a primer coat of cement slurry mixed with Classic Acryfix SBR polimer latex ratio of 1litre per bag of cement complete as directed by the Engineer-in- charge

Disposal of unserviceable dismantled building rubbish and debris with in 10Km raius including loading unloading conveyance by means of mechanical transport and incidental charges etc., completed
