Providing services by deploying 03 Nos STP operator (skilled) for 24 Hours total three shift, each shift of 8 hrs including Sunday / Holiday with the one pump operator in one shift thereby totalling 03 pump operator for one day of 24 hrs for operation of sewage treatment plant of capacity 120 cum per day (0.12MLD) non-closing sewage pump, air blower, and all control system related to SPT plant etc. operator (skilled) adequately qualified and experienced atleast two years in STP operation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge .

Providing services by deploying 03 Nos Pump operator (semi skilled) for 24 Hours total three shift, each shift of 8 hrs including Sunday / Holiday with the one pump operator in one shift there by totalling 03 pump operator for one day 24 hrs for maintenance of pump, motor, pumping of water storage and operation of bleaching dozer/ chloronome to make arrangement of availability of free residual, complete recording for running of pumping set, hours run, water pumped, voltage, amp, KWH reading etc daily to be maintained and cleaning of complete installation daily complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge .

Providing services by deploying 03 Nos electrician (semi skilled) for 24 hours total three shift each shift of 8 hrs per day for carrying out attending day to day complaints for repair/replacement of switches, sockets, fan regulators, burnt / damage wiring, burnt MCB, detecting defects / fault, ensuring continuity of electric supply round the clock, repair to light fittings, fan, defective choke and earthing, voltage, actuation, geyser alongwith its allied works, etc at PCDA (CC) Devikhera married accn area permises on all working days including Sunday and Holiday including repair / maintnance of street light fittings & external electric work at Md Accn PCDA (CC) Devikhera, , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge . Note :- (i) Electrician have good knowledge of HT, LT & internal electric for repair/maint and possesing Electrical license of wireman issued by Electrical Safety Department Uttar Pradesh. (ii) Electrician have to give the feed back daily once in office of concerned JE & AGE EM office personally (iii) Contractor have to provide to operator mobile, measuring instrument tong tester, multimeter and repairing connected tools etc.

Providing services by deploying mazdoor / helper (unskilled) 03 Nos for 24 hours total three shift each shift of 8 hrs per day including Sunday / holiday with one helper in one shift thereby totalling 03 helper for one day of 24 hrs for attending for internal electric complaints work, for operation of STP and pump house work, sweeping and mopping including cleaning the complete area inside STP complex, the furniture after cleaning and cleaning the electrical fitting such as ceiling fan/ table fan/ exhaust fan, tube light fitting, bulb fitting, switch board, MCB board etc, motor, panel and other eqpt in STP complex dusting the furnitures and removal of cob-web etc including cutting of grass, cleaning of drain near by and STP complex area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge .

Providing services by deploying of 01 No plumber (semi skilled) in a shift of 8 hrs per day for carrying out attending day to day complaints at PCDA (CC) Devikhera married accn area for maintenance works to internal and external water supply system including all types of plumbing and sanitary repairs/replacement works upto 150 mm dia bore pipe line, bib cocks, stop cocks, valves, pillar cocks, mixer, showers, flushing cistern, WHBs, WCs, sinks, OHTs, floor trap, bottle trap, T elbow, nipple etc & connected works in buildings/permises on all working days (0900 hrs to 1700 hrs) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge . Note : The plumbing items required for rectification /restoration of faults shall be provided by the department .

Providing services by deploying sweeper /safai wala (unskilled) (01 No) in one shift of 08 hrs (0700 hrs to 1500 hrs) for sweeping and mopping including cleaning upkeep of MD/OTM Accn , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge .

Notes for item No. 1 to 6 : Rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive for following item :- (i) Contractor shall provided necessary T & P for General Maintanace and opertation . (ii) The log sheets will be maintained by the contractor in each installations. Contractor shall provided Log book and attendance Register and rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to included in his quoted rates . (iii) The contractor will be responsible for upkeep of the installations in neat and tidy conditions and in a presentable manner. The surrounding of the installation will also be maintained neat and clean by removing grasses and other vegetation. (iv) The site documents such as Log Sheet, Attendance etc will be checked daily by JE, weekly by Engineer-in-Charge and monthly by GE. (v) All plant and machinery equipment and other items belonging to plant including safety shall be responsibility of manpower employed by the contractor.

Notes for item No. 1 to 6 contd/--------- : (iv) If any slackness noticed a suitable action shall be initiated as per the existing rule and contract is liable to be terminated . (vi) The operator/Helper should have knowledge of safety precautions and first aid. (vii) Contractor shall provided two set of uniform, shoe with name plate, mobile connection, etc (viii) Minor stores required should be provided by the contractor. (ix) Major electrical stores required for rectification of complaint will be supplied by the department. (x) Contractor shall submit insurance cover of all the workers employed by him for 11 Month period.

Notes contd/--- (f) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified byGovernment of India/ concerned State Government/ Local Body, whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employee towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF),contribution towards Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), contribution of Bonus and Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) as applicable under respective headings/ sub-items. In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates, the bid will be treated as Non-Bonafide/Invalid, shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest bidder shall be determined from amongst the valid/ bonafide bids only. The tender will be considered for financial evaluation only if the rates in Item No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are found bonafied. (g) The GST is included in the rates quoted against all items. (h) Contractor is required to quote only upto two digits after decimal place (as per IS No. 2 : 1960) or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. (j) The tradesmen employed for Item No. 1 and 2 shall be ITI qualified in the trade of Fitter/Mechanic/Electrician or must be in possesion of equivalent army qualification.

Notes contd/--- (k) Contractor will not be allowed to execute the work by subletting or through power of attorney holder on his behalf to a third party/ another firm except sons/ daughters of proprietor/ partner/ Director and firm’s own employees, Director, Project Manager. This shall be subject to certain conditions, which will be prescribed in the NOT forming part of the tender documents. (xvi) Prior to commencement of electrical work/electrical component of works and other works as mentioned in BOQ, copy of valid Electrical License in the name of the contractor or copy of agreement with agency having valid Electrical License alongwith Agency’s Electrical License shall be submitted by the contractor to the Accepting Officer. In case contractor does not possess valid Electrical License and he intends to get such work executed through agency having valid Electrical License and with whom he has agreement prior approval of such agency shall be got done from HQ CWE Lucknow. Copy of License shall be kept on record by GE/AGE for further reference. (xvii) In addition, Supervisor for execution of electrical works/electrical component of works employed by the contractor shall possess Supervisor Certificate of Competency issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory and the worker/tradesmen for execution of electrical works/electrical component of works shall hold necessary Permit issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory. (xviii) Reference of Electrical License and details of Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency and permit of tradesman employed for execution of electrical work/electrical component of works shall be duly incorporated in the Works Diary and relevant site documents respectively for the whole period during which such works is executed. (xix) If the contractor fail to submit the License/permit necessary action as deemed fit shall be taken against the contractor.

CREDIT SCHEDULE.

The items listed below from serial no. 53.02 to 53.04 pertain to Credit Schedule. Bidders have to quote their own rates based on their assessment. The contractors can visit site by prior appointment with concerned AGE to ascertain the condition of these items. The sum total of these credit items (Serial 53.02 to 53.04) will automatically be deducted from the sum total of items from Serial No. 1 to 52.

Notes :- The items to be supplied as per BOQ item nos 7 to 52 are required on urgent basis and shall have to be supplied within one month of commencement of work. The contractor shall not be paid any Advances on Account before completion of BOQ item Nos. 7 to 52.

The total amount of credit items (BOQ Item Nos 53.02 to 53.04) shall be less than sum total of BOQ Item Nos 7 to 52. In case the sum total of credit Items (BOQ Item Nos 53.02 to 53.04) exceeds or equals the sum total of BOQ Items 7 to 52, the bid will be treated as Non-Bonafide/Invalid, shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest bidder shall be determined from amongst the valid/ bonafide bids only.
