Making strong Dais [50"-0" x 20'-00" x upto 3-0"] at Polo Ground with bamboo / Steel Pole with Ply board / steel board with necessary fastening as per direction of EIC all complete and removing after completion of programme. [Fitness certificate for pandal & dais issued by EIC, ADDA should be required on or before 25.01.2025.]

Making Barricade by Bamboo as per instruction of EIC complete in all respect and removing after completion of programme

Making 3 dimension Gate by Bamboo & Clothes as per instruction of EIC complete in all respect [Clear opening : 16 ' x 14' and size of pillar and box beam : 3-0''x 3'-0'']and removing after completion of programme

Making View Cutter by Bamboo & Clothes [Size 48' x 24'] complete in all respect and removing after completion of programme.

Making View Cutter by Bamboo & Clothes [Size 300' x 16'] complete in all respect and removing after completion of programme.

Supplying and placing plastic Chair with / without clean cover including all hire charges & transportation complete in all respect and removing after completion of programme.

Arrangement for steel photographer for tacking photos for running work & whole time of programme & supplying coloured photo copy[ at least 80 piece photos [4 '' x 6''] in 2 sets, within 7 days after completion of programme

Arrangement for VDO photographer for tacking photos for whole time of programme & supplying the raw & rendered VDO in pen drive at ADDA Office within 7 days after completion of programme

Arrangement for temporary changing tent [20'0'' x15''] by G.I. Sheet / Ply etc. covered with cloth , ceiling cover , door curtain etc. for Boys & Girls including all necessary arrangement complete and removing after completion of programme.

Arrangement for temporary Mediucal tent [20'0'' x15''] by G.I. Sheet / Ply etc. covered with cloth , ceiling cover etc. for Medical Camp including all necessary arrangement such as Camp bed [at least 2 Nos] , Table [at least 2 nos] , Chair[ [at least 8 Nos] , door curtain etc. & arrangement for Fans & Light and plug point as required complete and removing after completion of programme.

Arrangement for supplying Mazdoor labour for varios work as required on 26th Jan 2025 from 5:00 A.M till end of Programme .
