Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of variable Refrigerant Flow modular type air conditioning system complete with indoor & outdoor units with individual cordless controller as per the following capacities of the IDU and ODU.
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R 410 A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable concreate foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 53°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 415V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required.The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.8 The capacity of VRF/VRV unit is minimum 220 HP (ODU to be supplied in multiple of VRF/ VRV units, maximum upto 3 type unit sizes)
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of minimum 4 TR capacity 4-way flow VRF Cassette Type Indoor ceiling mounted Indoor unit equipped with fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, cord less remote control, drain pan, necessary accessories etc., suitable for operation on 230 V ± 10%, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply, complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiving signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature.
Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing among following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with Nitrile Rubber Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as applicable for the system :

SITC of outdoor type totally enclosed double door junction box having IP-55 protection, made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel ,free standing, floor mounting with angle supports, dust and vermin proof, powder coated painting includes 4P aluminum bus bars of minimum 200 A capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves i/c SMC/DMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. for withstanding fault level of 35 KA for 1 sec. Provision of 04 nos. 4P, 63 amp MCB should there as outgoing, interconnected with bus bar with 10 sq.mm size copper leads suitable for operation on 3 Phase and neutral, 415V, 50 Hz AC supply system with 2 Nos. earth stud, etc complete as required.
To execute the work opening and closing of desired number of existing 2X2 mettalic false celing and cutting of false celing to fix cassete IDUs. All the false celing need to be fixed with professional civil man power as required suitable as per site requirement.
Dismantling of existing 160 TR package AC unit along with Indoor package Unit,ODU, GI Ducting,connection piping ,cable etc and keeping in AAI store in AAI premises as per the direction of EIC complete as required.
Supply of 3.5 core x 240 sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured Power Cable of 1.1KV grade, confirming to IS 7098, Part-I 1988 with up to date amendments and confirming to technical specifications.(The outer sheath shall be FRLS.)
Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp) on wall surface as required.
Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 core x 240 sqmm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
Supplying and drawing of 3 x 10 sq.mm size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.
Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 3.5C x 240 sq.mm. size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
Providing and fixing of 4Pole, 630A, 50 KA (Ics=100% Icu) MCCB with adjustable setting, microprocessor release with O/C & S/C protection along with rotary handle in the existing cubicle panel boards (i/c. neessary modification) including provision of suitable size bus bar extensions / arrangements with providing digital KWH Meter with maximum demand load and current display RS485 module of class-0.5 accuracy with suitable range of cast resin CT including making connections etc as required. 3 Nos of LED type phase indicating lamps (RYB) with 2Amp MCBs should be provided in panel board compartment complete as required.
Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Conrtract (AICMC) of above VRF/VRV AC System for 5 years (after defect liability period of 2 years) as per the direction of EIC complete as required.
Year - 1 (5.34% of SITC cost)
Year -2 (5.00% cumulative enhancement on Year - 1 AICMC cost)
Year-3 (5.00% cumulative enhancement on Year - 2 AICMC cost)

Annual Operation Contract of complete VRF/VRV AC System through engaging one Skilled AC Operator & Two Sem-skilled per day at site for 365 days for the daily operation of VRF/VRV AC system including minor maintenance and rectification of the system and daily recording of log-books, etc complete as required. [The Manpower engaged for the said job shall be paid by OEM following Minimum Wages and compliance of statutory norms (like EPF, ESIC & Bonus etc) as per Govt. regulations up to date. Difference of minimum wages i/c EPF, ESIC & Bonus will be reimbursed by AAI on actual basis as per submission of documentary evidence]
