Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing,cage,frame work,door, window any type made of hollow tubes, channels, plates, square bars etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

M&L for Returning, filling in under floor, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully the existing Copper/Aluminium point wiring of any size and type by disconnecting from the either terminals complete with switches, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, bell etc by unscrewing and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for re-use or for taking credit and making good to disturb surface of walls, floors etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. Note : (i) Old dismantled wiring and accessories (other than reuse) will be contractors property and credit will be charged against schedule of credit.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS 1100 volts grade stranded copper conductor cable single core 1.5 Sqmm for one light / fan point controlled by one way switch, and wire to be drawn in and including rigid pvc concealed conduit of dia not less than 20mmof 2mm wall thickness complete with all accessories including GI annealed metal box 1.2 mm thick switch board of suitable size be fixed flush wall , with 3 mm thick ebonite sheet cover and necessary screws, cap washers etc. or to be fixed on wall respectively as directed by EIC and providing earth continuity wire using PVC insulated, un sheathed single core stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of size 1.5 Sqmm.
