Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc

M&L Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including errection of double steel scaffolding covering with green cloth and all the safety measures/ precautions and remove the debries outside MD landcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for repair to Spalling of concrete, damaged surface of RCC elements like beams, columns, wall, slab by removing all loose cement plaster/concrete, dust, oil, paint, grease, waterproof coating etc, Expose fully any corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scale and corrosion deposits , apply rust remover for rust free bars, apply Dr. fixit Epoxy zinc primer over the cleaned rebars and allow it to dry before pouring of Dr Fixit micro concrete or equivalent approved availabale from list of manufacturers , appllying one coat of Dr fixit epoxy bonding agent or equivalent approved availabale from list of manufacturers before pouring of mix concrete, providing and laying of micro concrete at least upto 20mm thickness (average) by using the recommended water powder ratio mix the microconcrete with pan mixer as per manufacturer's instruction including watertight shuttering at any position including necessary curing and remocal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Rate of rust remover, Epoxy zinc primer, Epoxy bonding agent and micro concrete is included in this item.

M&L for 20mm thick plastering in cement & sand mortar 1:4 in 2 coats (15 mm thick backing coat and 5 mm thick setting coat mixed with water proofing compound) on fair faces of brick work or stone masonary surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and all necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed (WPC shall be mesured and paid seperately).

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in cement & sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or stone masonary surfaces, finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) including all necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces as in ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked.

M & L for applying rustic texture paint of 3mm thick of desired finish as approved by GE over a coat of exterior wall primer which includes preparation of old/new decorated surfaces, cleaning of loose paint , grease , growth of fungus, algae or moss by using wire brushing and watering and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emlusion distemper white or tinted over a coat alkali resistant priming paint over 3mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkaline resistent primer on ceiling any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment, preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emlusion distemper over a coat wall care putty of 3mm thick and alkali primer on the existing surface, any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment, preparation of old plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkaline resistent primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for any description.

Roughening Surfaces of old Concrete Floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc brussing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

(Water Proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid seperately).

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified

S&F Rolled mild steel as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) of Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified

S&F Rolled mild steel as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified incl all necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as specified

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness, including Nainatal or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor for height of building exceeding 10 metres but not exceeding 20 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.24 above but plain sheets as in ridges/flashing.

Taking down eaves/valley gutter and rain water pipes/PVC pipes/CI pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-neck,etc. ( measured over all as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

M & L for 1.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheet as in Valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangements over MS brackets Trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc at a height exceeding 10 metre but not exc 20 metre, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 160mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in wall of approved shape and size approved by GE at any height, any location, with dash through fasteners and rain water bracket suitable for 160mm pipes spacing 1.5 c/c as per CE Navy Mumbai TD/2023/01 including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Measurment shall be taken along the centre line of the pipes.)

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 type (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including necessary formwork includig demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M & L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 X350X7-8 mm thick , set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L full body vitrified tiles/slabs 14-16mm thick 2400mmX800mm dark shade in flooring and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed .complete all as specified.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar

M & L Machine cut mirror polished kota stone slab flooring 22-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing incl 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified complete all as specified.

M & L 18-20 mm thick mirror polished Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick prepolished polished Green Marble slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms over including bedding layer of 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finishes including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for extra over granite stone slabs for edge polishing/ chamfering/ noising/ grooves/ bevelling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down old unserviceable submain cable of any size and capacity and finishing wall surfaces.

S&F 2 single core FRLS 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm in and including including PVC conduits of suitable size Concealed in Wall not less than 25mm width, ISI marked including 1 single core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 sqmm (green colour) for earthing. Note : 3 runs of 6Sqmm cable, 1 run of PVC conduit and 1 run of 6.0 Sqmm cable shall be measured as 1 Run.

Supply and fix submain wiring in repair with two single core FRLS unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of 3 Runs of size 4 Sqmm in and including PVC conduit concealed in wall of size not less than 25mm width, ISI marked including 1 single core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm (green colour) for earthing. (g) Power panel wiring between bus bar to MCCB of different capacity with PVC insulated multistranded copper cable , single core ,1100 volts grade of appropriate size complete with copper lugs
